I have recently upgraded my collection from dvd to blu ray and I must say this set was really worth the price

The first Planet Of The Apes film is CLASSIC, with one of the most memorable movie reveals of all time. The sequels are so-so, but with a $19 sale price attached, this box set was a no-brainer.

This is the first time I have gotten to see these classic movies on Blu-Ray. High Definition is the bomb.

So glad. I now have all of the Planet of The Apes. These, the TV Show and the New Planet of the Apes.

This collection is a classic. Watching the new versions is great but this is where it all started.

Excellent Blu-ray collection of the 1970s movies. Recommend to anyone who remembers these timeless classics.

This is just what I wanted. I loved these movies growing up, and they look great on Blu-ray. And you can't beat the price.

The films are packaged together. Rather have them separate in a bigger box. The features are there. Cover is lovely. The films aren't good, but this is for collectors and nostalgia.

While in general I would say the Apes movies had a tendency to get worse as each one was made, as a whole they're fantastic.

If you're a fan of the new movies, these are definitely worth watching to see where they all started.

Great films but the IMAGE shown here is NOT what was received. Deceptive or lazy or incompetent.. hmmm

I picked this up for my dad for xmas day. He's a big fan of the series and loved the new presentation that went with his new blu ray. If you're looking for a solid version of the movie series, this is it.

Not as amazing as the newer ones but you have to appreciate what was done for the time it was made. Good cheap set.

A little campy at times but it works. When viewed together all 5 movies delve into one another seamlessly.

As a sci-fi fan there are certain films that should be in a collection and this is one of them. You get 5 Planet of the Apes films including the first one. I have really enjoyed this purchase and you will too.

Picture quality is amazing for a series that is over 35 years old. It's a must for any Planet of the Apes enthusiast.

This is a really great collection of the five originals. Blu Ray for DVD price made it even better.

I picked up this box set for 20 bucks and got $7.50 off a ticket to War for the planet of the apes.

This set includes all 5 of the original series of films. The first one is a classic. The folllowing movies went from good to average. For the price, it cannot be beat. Quality is good.

All I can say nostalgia. I love watching all the sci-fi movies that took a little more effort to make them look right.
