Plantronics is a trusted name in the telecommunications industry. They make great products. The headset sound and the microphone sound are both great, and definitely uphold the company reputation. However, the size of the ear covers fit squarely onto your ears and after a while feel like they are crushing your ears. Yes, I did try adjusting the fit of them, but over extended periods of time became greatly uncomfortable, and I discontinued use of them. I cannot recommend this product for extended periods of use.

I work from home and I’m constantly handling phone calls and typing at the same time so this headset really helps out when I’m mult-tasking. The other end can hear me loud and clear and I can hear the other end loud and clear as well. I wish it was more comfortable though. I don’t know what it is but my ears start to hurt from wearing it for a long time. Maybe the ear pads have to be bigger instead of sitting on top of my ear. Anyways, I like when it’s plugged in on my cell phone and just listening to music when I’m not answering calls as well. Sound quality is great for music too!

So far the product has been reliable and works well.

Ensure you plug in properly before use and you have software uploaded to support the headset. Great deal for twenty bucks to use for here and there. Would not recommend if you are a gamer!

I bought these to use while providing teletherapy for my speech therapy students during the COVID preventative school closures. They work great.

These are great. The headset has lots of padding and is comfortable and the sound is good. However, the speaker and mic cords seem fragile; I'm afraid they are going to break/separate when I am pulling them out.

They have a quite acceptable sound, their microphone covers enough point for the office and the school they are very good.

This headphone has good sound and microphone captures the voice perfectly. I find un-useful the additional microphone plug in since the microphone works directly with the headphones..

This is a nice basic headset with decent sound quality and it's comfortable.

This is a simple headset and mic. I use it for simple narration on educational video and business presentations.

I am ambivalent about these as a whole. The audio pickup from the boom microphone is good, the sounds is clear and it setup on my computer easily. The audio quality on the over ear headphones is good. However the problem comes in that the cushions of the headphones are directly ON the ear, and after extended use they begin to get painful as they crush down on the cartilage in your ears. A headset that offers cushions that are "over ear" and have no part that rests on the ear are preferable.

Good sound, even for music. Easy to use. The mic has a good pick-up, but is pretty selective (only sounds within close proximity).

I bought this for my daughter. She is hard on headsets and tends to go through poor ones fast. She has had several other brands that died quickly and/or were very uncomfortable. This is her second Plantonics headset, she recently killed the previous ones, however they lasted much longer than others she has had and she say they work great and she finds them very comfortable.

This headset has excellent sound an voice quality. The fit is very comfortable.

The headphone produce a good sound and the earcups are comfortable even for long periods. The mic has an ok sound that is better than expected for the price.
