I had to frequently take them off because they were very uncofortable. Overall it's an ok quality for a 20$ item.

Decent headset for a starter set

Still can not figure out how to make the microphone work in my computer provided that it only has one jack plug. I contacted the customer service and they replied quickly however their answer was inaccurate.

In order for both the speakers and microphone to work you need to connect the headset to a computer that supports both headphones and microphone output and input ports (usually labeled green and red/pink, respectively). If your computer only has one audio port you will need to either use a soundcard that features microphone input or a simple USB to dual 3.5mm adapter.
