Customer Support and USB/ Plug and Play

I downloaded a video-chat app, view their screen, then "see their mistake" Teach them what to do to prevent it, talk them through it and we are done. Clients Happy we are Happy - without having to ask them to let me into their system or having to physically be on site in order to help them out. Voila. With this unit, I simply take the call, review their system again... I love USB plug and play
