The microphone should provide precise placement and noise-cancelling features in order to ensure that Internet callers can hear you clearly and whenever you're listening to music or watching DVDs, the microphone rotates discreetly out of the way. If this is not the case, please test the headset with a different computer to isolate the cause of the issue. Please note that as long as the unit was purchased as brand new, it counts with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
