I do consulting work over the phone and most of my calls last for over an hour. I have two complaints. After a while, the headset tends to get very uncomfortable and I find myself taking it off and stretching it to make it wider and less clamping. Another problem is with the sound quality. The treble level is too far to one side and there is no way to adjust it; it is the extreme opposite side of tinny, which makes speech harder to understand
