Does not work so well when I'm in my car and the headset is plugged into my cell phone. I can't hear so well in a high noise environment, like in the car, especially if the caller's voice is a little faint. Ear pads also do not muffle extraneous noise. Maybe I need a high-end noise cancelling headset for use in the car.

Great for the Price

Microphone seems to work well. I also appreciate that it comes with an adapter that allows it to connect to either a split mic/audio port, or the single multi-port.

Please go to Control Panel > Sounds > Recording > Listen > Disable "Listen to this device". If the issue continues and can be replicated on a different device, most likely it will be a faulty unit. If you continue to experience difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact Plantronics Customer Care at 855-765-7878, additionally, you have a 1 year warranty from the purchase date, if needed.
