Microphone Didn’t Work

I could hear others clearly through the headset but could not get the microphone to work on my laptop. I had to return this item. I purchased a USB microphone from somewhere else and it works fine.

Second pair: One side of the headphones was not working. Get insurance on these because you will need it to get them replaced. I wish I stayed with the Bestbuy brand. Same price, but the adapters were different.
