    It worked well for a couple weeks, then no one could hear me when I dialed out from my computer. I tested the switches and unplugged and plugged it back it, but to no avail. Plantronics is a great name. At first it worked great, then it stopped. Not sure why???

Please make sure the headset is selected as default under Playback and Recording devices. You might as well want to test it with a different computer to isolate the cause of the issue. If you still get the same results, then most likely the unit has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Please note this model has been discontinued for several years; However, it counts with a one-year warranty if purchased as brand new. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.       This headset model doesn't apply software or driver level audio processing, and it should reflect the received audio immediately. If you are experiencing a delay we recommend that you try disconnecting your headset, restarting your PC/audio source and then re-connecting it to see if the issue is the same. You can also try connecting your headset to a different audio source like a cellphone/tablet and see if the issue is also the same, in case it is you will need to replace that unit.     Bought this for work but the lack has f dual mics to hear my tone is distracting. Moreover, I have had several complaints from those that I speak with that the sound quality is sub par. Wound up replacing it.

    Went through two of them in less than a month!

    This headset is utter garbage. I'm thankful I purchased the protection plan. I went through two of these headsets in under 3 weeks. Tons of noise on the other side of the call, resulting in nothing but complaints and then they just stop working without warning. I take excellent care of all of my electronics and none of my headsets were ever dropped, bumped, or in any other way mistreated. They're very cheap for a reason. Run from this product.

    I needed a hands-free phone option for work. I find that I frequently have to disconnect the headset because the sound goes in and out. Beer or quality. Less expensive ear buds work much better.

    These headphones are not very good. After just a couple days you have to twist the wires to make sound come on in both ears. I’ll probably have to purchase a new pair. These are junk.

    Sound is fine but headset is super uncomfortable. It pushes on your ears and the material is like vinyl. For the price you can spend $10 more and get a Logitech g230 that's wayyyyyyyy nicer.

    Bought these inexpensive headphones after my last one broke. The ear covers are too small and pinch my ears. The microphone is poor quality. It works, but is below par.

    Plantronics has a dog and no, it's not a cuddly pet you can play catch with. It's this headset. It's cheap, sound quality is only so/so and I received so many complaints from people I've been on calls with. I went through two of these headsets in less than a month, replacing the first one hoping that it was only a lemon. Nope...both were utter and complete garbage. You get what you pay for...

    Terrible headset, sound quality isn't great, and after some time it lost the capability to work on both ears, the only way to get sound from both sides is fiddle with the cable, but any sudden movements would kill that and you're back to hearing from one side only again. Good thing I got a warranty and got a replacement from another brand instead due to the dissatisfaction with this one.
