    This item was not very expensive but it met the physical requirements, however the sound quality was not very good.

    Nobody can hear me

    After two weeks of working at home and using multiple communications platforms (Avaya, Skype for Business, Webex, Zoom, etc) the common theme is nobody can hear me. It sounds as if I'm in a tunnel and sound cuts in and out. It seems that you get what you pay for. I use a Plantronics Savi 8200 at the office and love it.

Please make sure the headset is selected as default under Playback and recording devices. This model is designed for computers that have a 2 separate ports for the microphone and speakers. If possible, please test it with a different computer to isolate the cause of the issue. It is also important to mention that this particular model has been discontinued for at least 7 years.     It is an ok headset but the volume is low have tried several things for the volume to be louder but no luck.

    The plug into the computer is not what us in the picture. It is a regular headphone plug. Sound quality is horrible and it sounds like your in a box to the other person. Mute button doesn't work either. Will be returning.

      Yes, it is recommended to use your PC's sound card input and output ports in order to get the best possible sound quality.

      The headset also includes a dual 3.5mm to single 3.5mm combo adapter for smartphone use, although some computers also use the same type of combo jack. Plantronics

    This is not a good headset. But Besty Buy has astonishingly few offerings so I purchased this as a fall back: never was able to use it, On the plus side it was not overly expensive if some would say that paying anything for nothing at all is too much!

    Hurts ears - presses too hard/uneven

    They sit on top of the ear where the fairly hard circle stands out and presses uneven. Causes pain after 1-2 hours use If you buy "on ear" - it should be flat , soft surface against ear - otherwise buy "around ear"

    I have, so far, been unable to figure out how to get it to work with my computer. I'm probably going to want to return it. It may be an excellent product, but not if it doesn't do any good for me.

This model is compatible with any computer that has a dual 3.5mm connection for speaker and microphone. The only steps to setup the headset after plugging it is to select it as default under Playback and recording devices on Sound settings. If your computer does not have a dual connection, then the headset is not compatible. Please note this headset is an older version and has been discontinued for several years. To isolate the cause of the issue, please test it with a different computer. In case the unit is faulty, this model counts with a one-year manufacturer's warranty if purchased as brand new.     Oh, the pain, the pain

    Your ears wearing this will ache like crazy in a half hour to hour. The padding is way too firm and does not. What a total waste of money. I have a pair of Phillips phones that are so soft and comfortable, even after hours of wearing them.
