Nobody can hear me

It sounds as if I'm in a tunnel and sound cuts in and out. It seems that you get what you pay for. I use a Plantronics Savi 8200 at the office and love it.

But Besty Buy has astonishingly few offerings so I purchased this as a fall back: never was able to use it, On the plus side it was not overly expensive if some would say that paying anything for nothing at all is too much!

Hurts ears - presses too hard/uneven

Causes pain after 1-2 hours use If you buy "on ear" - it should be flat , soft surface against ear - otherwise buy "around ear"

The padding is way too firm and does not. What a total waste of money. I have a pair of Phillips phones that are so soft and comfortable, even after hours of wearing them.
