Even if the range is close to my device, once I am underwater the connection is interrupted. My plan is to return them. Not pleased with the results.

Replaced once broke again 3 months later

After I got a new pair back they too died 3 months later. They were ok when they worked but I moved on to a different brand.

The sound quality isn’t there and the ear pieces hurt. I tried to change them out and those hurt as well. They fit, they just were not comfy. I took them back about two days later.

Descent mid's and highs,but the lows leave much to be desired. It was really easy to pair with my phone and I use them while working out. I am glad they are sweat/water proof because it survives really intense workouts. The noise cancelling does leave much to be desired though.

You are able to hear and the person on the other line is able to hear you well. However, the earbud, rub against the back of your ears - giving you a blister/bump.

Posted .Thank you for your honest review on our BackBeat FIT 2100. Please note this model is compatible with any device that supports Bluetooth headsets. Bluetooth technology works through profiles and these are the profiles your watch should have to allow a connection: HFP 1.7, HSP 1.2, A2DP 1.3, AVRCP 1.5, SPP 1.2. In order to pair it to a new device (after the first automatic pair), make sure the unit is in pairing mode. To do so: start with the headphones powered off and then press and hold the Power button until you hear "pairing." Once you do this the 2100 should be visible under Bluetooth settings. The back band isn't quite as rubbery and bouncy feeling, but still flexible. I'd take off a half star if I could as I have to push them around a bit to get them facing inside my ears best so I have the fullest sound. They paired easily and having just the push sensor buttons on the ears is nice. It tells me the power level when I turn them on and notifies me that they're turning off when I do so. They've stayed put while I moved around (rower and weights). I'm petite and they don't seem too big for my ears. I've only watched TV and it sound good, so I can't answer to the sound for music.

I tried everything and it wasn't working. It said battery high the last time I turned it on and 30 minutes later. It stopped working completely. When I tried charging, the red light just blinks and stops working. Horrible. Not worth it unless there is a valid explanation for why these headphones are so stupid.

Please try using a different micro-USB cable and a 5 volt wall charger to isolate the cause of the unit. As with any complex consumer electronic device, the BackBeat FIT 2100 wireless headphones are at risk from any number of environmental stressors that can affect the longevity of the product’s lifecycle. They got warm while being used. They didn't fit as well as the older model. The neck band was stiffer too. They looked great, but the performance was not good. Plus the functions on the buds themselves were less than the older model. Just a miss on so many levels. Sad...
