Sometimes i forget my phone in my house and walk to the garbage can outside and never lose signal. (Good 60feet) these are great. I will buy again if they break. Oh, ive had these for a year now and they are still going strong.

My husband purchased these to replace his old headphones and these are wonderful. He loves them and the set up was super easy. The headphones last about 5 hours of continuous use which is ok with him.

My volume at max, and still I want to turn it up to get into a workout. Second, it is really hard to charge. I have to fiddle with it to get it hooked up correctly. Works fine other than that. Would not buy again.

Not as good as previous versions

Well, they HAD to add a micro to this version (can't stop trapping even when you're exercising, huh?). Within a week, the pause and skip functions have stopped working. When they were working, it took 3 times as long to pause as the previous version (instantaneous). They also don't have nearly the range as the previous version. So instead of being able to put my phone down in one spot and make my way around the gym, I have to carry it with me. Don't waste your money on this new version. Got a pair of refurbs of the previous version for $20! Way more reliable, sound ss good and great range so you can set your phone down and move away from it without losing signal

If the user controls of the headset don't seem to work properly you may want to check if the headset doesn't have any kind of updates available through the "Backbeat" app. You can also reset the headset through the app to see if this helps with the issue. This headset has a range up to 10 m/33 ft like the older version of the Backbeat FIT. If after trying the troubleshooting steps you still encounter the same problems then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Especially compared to the last backbeat fits I had. Good if you’re exercising outside, bad if you’re trying to wear them in a noisy environment (gym, subway, etc). Also don’t bother with the app as it’s useless.
