This has great sound quality but the only thing that I can really say against it thus far is I really don't care for the fact of the "limp" design. If it's not actually in my ears it's a tad uncomfortable to just have them looped over my ears yet you can't just let them rest around your neck because of the limp design of the neck strap.

Got these to replace another Plantrontics BT headset. They synced right up and the sound is "OK" (wish the volume would go higher). They are significantly chunkier than the other ones and (this may be an issue with me but) the right side ear piece does not fit properly and backs out while jogging or on the elliptical.

Loved these headphones, used them constantly to workout, bought them for their water resistance. Unfortunately they just sopped turning on one day and I had GSP and swapped them out. Moral of the story - always get geek squad protection

Big improvement over the prior model, but rubber connector between ear pods is a bit short. If you pull them out to talk to anyone it does not stay around you neck very well. It was unfortunate that when I ran off the sidewalk down to the road to cross they fell off and I didn't notice till after a car ran over them.

I bought this after my older ones were broken by my daughter. These are not as comfortable has the old ones. You get use to the buttons being touch vs press like the old model. The sound is not great and the bass is not like the older model.

Hello! Thank you for your review, however, we are sorry to hear you were not able to find a comfortable fit. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. If you are experiencing some audio issues, you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset. With the headset powered off, click and hold down the right ear bud until you hear "pairing". 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_BBFIT 2100". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful". You may also want to check if your headset doesn't have any updates available through the "Backbeat" mobile app. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same audio issue, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Remember this unit counts with a limited warranty since the first day of purchase, and if you need a replacement you can click on the following link for further instructions: https://bit.ly/2N637EC. Our intention is to provide the highest quality products to our customers and we thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I have owned at least five pairs of wireless bluetooth headsets and this is the first one that has not fallen out when running. I have run with these about 15 times in the last month and they work great!

After much research I ending up purchasing this for Cycling and Running. Needed something that would not fall out of my ears. These do not disappoint. Haven't fallen out due to sweat etc.

    Great Hands Free Headphones

Setup was straight forward, just hold a button to place in pairing mode. I paired these with a Samsung S7 (Android) and a HP Laptop (Windows 10) without issue. The smartphone App gives you information about battery status (including remaining listening time), allows configuration of the commands available by the left button (volume up/down by default), and automatic firmware updates. Battery life met or exceeded the 7hrs during my testing. Sound quality is good, but I found my self near max volume a lot while using them. These headphones have a spacer that keeps them slightly out of your ear and allows you to hear background noise to remain aware of your surroundings (hear sirens while walking or announcements on public transit). Unfortunately this also means they are drowned out by loud background noise like a passing bus or the lawn mower. I had no issues using them to hold a phone conversation and the person on the other end said I sounded fine. They do seem fairly rugged and they didn’t mind a little sweat. The connected design is functional if not the most stylish option (they stay together when not in use and they also will hang from your neck with both earbuds out as long you aren’t running or jumping). The rubber exterior isn’t bad to clean, but it isn’t smooth so it can get grimy after a hard work out. I really like the controls. There is one button on each side. The left for volume and the right answers calls, controls music playback (pause, play, next track), and can launch Siri or Google. Once you get used to them they really reduce the need to pull out your phone. While these headphones are very solid and I would get them again, it is worth mentioning that they come with no case, only a USB cord (no wall charger), and only one set of ear inserts (so they may not fit everyone).

These fit all my criteria for my purpose. The design and quality were very good. UNFORTUNATELY due to the shape off my ears I was unable to secure them well enough. These are about the 10th pair I've tried, I may be stuck with over the ear. Give these a shot

These are a good fit for someone with small ears and stay in place for someone with oily skin. However, they are not loud enough, you hear everything around you instead of the music.

Perfect for working out. I like the fact that there is no wires dangling and because they are connected are easy to locate and would be difficult to mislocate.
