The wireless headphones are good where it matters most - the sound quality is very good. Controls are easy to use. The only downside is that they don't fit that great around the ears. Overall happy with the purchase.

This is the first pair of earbuds I have purchased that don’t fall out of my ears when I workout. They are also the most comfortable!! They are incredible!!!!!

As far as price goes you get a god amount of usage for your bucks sent and so far I haven't had any issues. It only bothers me that it has a shiny purple casing around the earbud section. Besides that I am perfectly happy.

Great in the rain or cycling.... These are my second pair, had the first generation and love them as well... The longer battery life is excellent.

The ideal purpose of these headphones are for someone that has an active and athletic lifestyle. The sound quality on these is good, but not great and that’s ok. I found myself using these when I’m working out, which consists of running indoors and outdoors, doing weight lifting workouts, and also just doing jumping type exercises. The secure fit is ideal for these types of motions and stays in place. The over the ear style is so much better than a pair of wired earbuds that never ever stay put in my ear even while I’m sitting at a desk. I like the style and color scheme Plantronics has on these headphones as well. They don’t look blah in a plain white or plain black color. These have a little contrast color scheme to them and so they stand out in a crowd but still aren’t trying to grab people’s attention. The headphones are comfortable and I love that they are sweatproof. I don’t have to worry about trying to keep wiping the sweat off my hair or ears in order to preserve these headphones. I can workout on a rainy day or even in the snowy weather I face in upstate NY. Waterproof ability is a big win for my climate and lifestyle. I like the fit in the ear as well as it sits in the ear without sealing off noise to the outside world. This is so important when working out in the outside world especially. I want to listen to my music but also need to be aware of my surroundings and alert. I like that Plantronics understands this and is concerned for my safety. The earpiece is comfortable, the hook over the ear is comfortable, and the band across the back of the neck is good once you get used to the feel. The sound quality is good and provides enough clarity of highs and low notes for my liking. I don’t need a workout headphone to be providing me with deep bass. This is geared for people who like to listen to music but also want to be able to hear the outside world and be able to move around while doing activity. The user interface of these headphones is nice as well. It’s customizable which is really cool. Touch the sides of the earbud and you can control the volume, start a stopwatch, select a playlist, and etc. Download the app for Backbeat and you can make this headphone even more user friendly for your personal needs with the touch feature doing what you need it to with the 1 tap or 2 tap touch function. Overall a good headphone for the price as this is a good price for the quality. You’ll get a set of Bluetooth headphones that work well and stay in place for workouts. You will get good sound quality but I’d look elsewhere I’d you’re looking for sound euphoria with rich and deep tones. I’d recommend these to any cross fit athletes, runners, bikers, rowers, and athletes that just move a lot and sweat a lot.

I use them daily during my cardio workouts. This is the best pair of earbuds that I found that can stand up to my daily workouts. Money well spent.

The headset connects to multiple devices at once. The battery life is excellent. Mic Works well, voice is clear with little background noise.

Headphones are great. I’m not sure why they changed the interface as far as which actions perform which tasks, but they still work great.

Sound was ok and I liked being able to hear around me. BUT it allowed too much outside sound and wouldn’t stay seated in my ear.

I wanted something simple when jogging. It was way better than expected. Light, yet solid. Very good buy.

if volume you looking for this not the right one they are nice but the sound is si low not for me but dont get me wrong look good sound ok but not for me

I have a pair of 2100’s I bought last year and the work fine for me. I bought this particular pair for a handicapped friend and they don’t work so well for him. On 2 pairs the tab on the headset you plug in to charge bent and broke I’m having the same issue with another pair I bought for my mother. While she’s not handicapped it is far too easy to bend the tab at the charging port. I’m sure this is an issue than could be fixed however it might cost an extra two-cents so it likely won’t happen anytime soon.

These are perfect for the gym. I love them. But I originally bought them for swimming laps and they do not work well with the slightest amount of water touching them.

these were suppose to be water resistant and mine got wet and sound was not increasing to a higher level. Should return to factory but haven't taken time

I had the black with neon green buds. They were the version prior to this one and those lasted me at least a couple of years. Best headphones for running. They finally gave out after everyday use without a problem. I went to BB trying to get the exact same ones but they had been upgraded to this model. I gave it a try and didnt like at all. the earbuds are larger, which means they are uncomfortable after a while of being in your ear. The controls are too sensitive to the touch and constantly volume controls kept changing when my hair would rub on the controls. Also, doesnt hold charge as well. The previous version would go days without me having to charge. I returned these and ordered me the previous model but in pink. Turns out that pink isnt a popular color so the price is $20 cheaper than all the other colors. They work great as I already know since I had a great experience with previous model.
