Very comfortable to wear Long battery life Noise cancellation not so great requiring higher volume than comfortable

I found these very comfortable and easy to use. I found them to be very affordable compared to other brands of similar quality

Didn’t live the fit and didn’t supply much bass. Ended up returning and went with wireless beats

They're made for active people. If you're looking for buds to sit on the couch with, these aren't them as they aren't designed to sit deep in the eardrum (though you can push them in for a moment of clarity if you choose) No, these are made for running, golfing working out etc.

I used the headset for work and workouts and they do fine. The earpiece isn’t that snug and the sound is not that loud but it sounds good.

I bought these right before Christmas and have used them several times on my walks. The sound is acceptable. I am however really impressed by the clarity of voice calls. The microphone is very clear and even when I used them while driving the party at the other end commented on how clear my voice was.

Love these earbud...especially the announce caller feature and that each earbud works on its own (I only wear one at a time). I wish it turned on only when on my ear instead of when it's out of the case. Hope that's a future enhancement.

they are ok for the money comfortable for a while but they really don't block out alot of the back ground noise

These work well for daily walks. Connects reliably to Samsung phone. Charging case is a plus

I had previously owned a pair of the backbeat go and frequently received compliments on how well the sound was on calls. When I purchased these I was looking for the same plantronics call sound quality in a more portable and active device. The comments I receive are that the calls are often have static or are muffled. Pros -Quick charging -Long play time -Quick to connect to phone -Sweat proof -Comfortable -Customizable on ear buttons -Can hear surroundings without being a distraction -Charging cable stores nicely in the charging pouch -Well made -Don't have to worry about them falling out of the ears Cons -Poor call quality for what I was expecting -Sound is not loud enough -The ear opening allows sweat to funnel into my ear canal -Difficulty connecting to multiple devices ( it likes to automatically connect, sometimes to the wrong device) -Does not always shut off (will sometimes stay connected and run the battery down when placed back into the charging case) -The buds fit into the case backward to what would be natural. I had a pair of Beats - Powerbeats 3 in between the two sets of Plantronics I've owned. These I like to wear better than the powerbeats mainly because they don't have the cord connecting the two buds. The phone call quality is probably similar, the powerbeats may be slightly better. The volume is much louder with the powerbeats, but the bud tips tend to fall off of those for me.

Easy to use, affordable, good quality. This is my first pair of wireless headphones and I’m very happy with them.

They are or where for my son. He said they are nice. Also said he likes them better then his other ear buds.

Would personally prefer a strap version, however these are a good quality for runners and do not block out surrounding noise.

I had a pair of beats and they didn't hold up well to a workout. The sweat started causing issues with the beats. These things are amazing for working out. They are absolutely horrible for phone calls in any public place as it can not zone out the noise like others.If your in your car great it will work but if at an airport or a mall horrible call quality. I primarily use it for working out hence the 5 stars. The other thing is the case uses a zipper which is a bit annoying at times.

Best Christmas gift I could give to my Mama, who loved the look, the case, and the feel. She uses them to talk with her cell phone all the time, and stated it sounds nice and clear, and the person on the other side of the phone feels the same.

Easy to use and connect to the phone's Bluetooth. The Backbeat app is great, I haven't had any issues with either headphones or app. I bought myself and wife the same pair and she's petite. She had no issue with the headphones popping out of her ears. Very satisfied.
