Having hooks that loop over the ears definitely helps keep the earbuds stable during exercises vs. another pair I have that like to pop out from time to time. The sound on these are pretty decent. The bass isn't heavy and the dynamics aren't muffled out. It only came with the attached soft ear pieces (no backups or different sizes). I think this "regular" size fits my ears OK, although it's not a full plugging of the canal - which I don't think they're designed to do anyway. The charging case is pretty great: the headphones snap into their seats and there's a simple gauge to see the power levels. So far the battery has been pretty good as well. As with most devices these days, Plantronics has a companion phone app you can use to do basic audio and system customizations. I haven't needed to use it much, but it's good to have available. Overall not bad at all.

I've used these both for indoor and outdoor workouts. They stay in place well--even when I'm sweating. They have great features like volume control, etc. But, these can be a little twitchy to remember at first (i.e. "tap, but don't press on the left one to turn the volume up, touch and hold, but don't press on the left one to turn the volume down) The bottom line, however, is the great sound. I can still hear my surroundings, as expected, but the audio coming through is still good. I typically don't charge them "on the go" because my workouts are no more than 90 minutes, so the size of the case is fine by me. I get more than a weeks worth of workouts between charges.

I purchased these because I previously owned a pair of plantronics and they worked pretty well and because of the over the ear fit. They are not that easy to use and the sound quality isn't great either but it isn't so bad that I had to return them right away. Still contemplating if I should or shouldn't.

I love the ease of using the headphones and the quality of sound is excellent. I have been very happy while using these during my walks and I am sure that they would be fine for running.

These are good quality, little expensive, but good sound and easy to use

I have done the research on this product so I was comfortable with my purchase. But once I bought it I was very impressed with the quality. Great buy and price!

Decent quality. Sound is good, case is good, however they seem like they drop out a lot before reconnecting to my phone. Happens frequently enough to notice and it’s not a good thing. Came from another pair of backbeat fits that didn’t do this. So it can be jarring.

It serves its purpose. Stays put. Sound quality is good.

I have trouble keeping earbuds in place they are always falling out so I bought these and have no problem getting them to stay put throughout my very active workday! Love them so much

The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because they started hurting my ear after wearing them for long periods of time. The other reason is that when I would receive calls, the background noise around me was amplified for the caller. But if you are using these for the gym or to go running and not for work and everyday life, they are fine.

Plantronics has always been a great brand. Over the ear works great so I don't drop then while I'm working.

The sound is really good. And, they are not heavy at all on your ear. However the rubber piece that goes around your ear is annoying at times. Overall it is worth every penny.

This are great wireless headphones.they sound very good.just the right amount of bass.great for music and also using Bluetooth with talking on phone.no cord to get in the way

This headphones are not very loud which is fine for me. They feel good in my ear but after a while can hurt mildly which is common with earphones. I don’t like that you need an app to connect them so I cannot connect them to my MacBook because the app is not available. Easy to pause, turn on and off but volume can be tricky.

It is nice I use it all the time listen to music and answer my phone calls and the battery life is very exceptional don't know how to use it without it anymore

I bought these as a gift for a family member who's more tech-savvy than I am. Not a brand I knew, so very glad for store associate advice. Fair price and these perform well.

Best headphones I’ve ever owned!! I use them Every day. Extremely comfortable and I love the loop around the ear so they stay snug and in place.

Never fall off ears, good battery length, good bass.

I have had other Plantronics Fit products the were wireless, but this is the first totally wireless First you buy these to use when you want to hear music and the outside world. They are terrible in noisy environments like a plane, but wonderful when running on the street The fit is excellent and I can wear them for hours without any discomfort The sound is solid given that these are totally wireless and NOT noise canceling (not in the least) The weather protection is top tier and I tested them on a run in the rain, and they never failed. This is not a surprise since they are known to make it through a washer machine Overall, they do exactly what Platronics claims, fit and perform well, and will last long after the next generation of these headphones come oit
