Everything about it was awesome, sound and bass were good. Except the size of the actual buds that go into the ear. My ears are slightly different sizes and so the right side fit OK enough to use but the left wouldn't even fit. So I decided to just try using the right side only. That worked pretty well, but after only an hour of using it, it began to physically hurt my ear. After using the one bud for a couple hours a day for almost a week, my ear was in constant pain. I couldn't find replacement/different sized buds anywhere, even online. If you are goldilocks and these fit you just right, then they'll be perfect for you.

This model is designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all. In this case we would suggest you to get ear tips from the BackBeat FIT 3200. These have a different shape and are noise isolating and there are 3 different sizes. The 'only' thing is figuring out the 'touch/click' features.. I kept getting voice activation feature (Siri) instead of skipping the songs. Good bang for the buck .. instead of $250 on Beats pro

I didn't place one earpiece in the case correctly so it didn't charge but that is user error. There is a small dot light that will indicate it is in the case correctly for charging.
