I'm having a bit of difficulty getting used to them, but again, it has been less than a week of use. These were an excellent value. I have recommended these to a friend already.

If you are talking on the phone, the receiving end hears literally EVERYTHING. I don't like that I can't change the earbuds. The ones on this product are a little big for me. The pros, the charge time is amazing and the fit around my ear is perfect.

I always wanted a pair of true wireless headphones. I mostly use them to listen to podcasts and music occasionally. They get the job done.

Not good wearing when mountain biking. I replaced this w/ the new "airpods". There are times it will suddenly disconnect from my phone, so when it rings I have to received to my phone.

To set the unit in pairing mode: With the headset powered off, click and hold the right earbud until you hear "pairing." You might also want to reset the Network settings on your phone. Lastly, test the ear buds with a different phone and while it is paired to a single Bluetooth device to isolate the cause of the issue.
