Awesome Headphone's

The sound is great good base and the length of time that they last(8hrs) on a single charge is great. I use these at work on my 12 hr shift. I get full use of them with a quik charge when at lunch. The fact that they have a way to stay on me ears is a good benefit too. I have used them during my work out too. Plus the ability to hear what is going on around me help so I can hear people talking to me while have them on makes these my number 1 go to headphones

With the brand name, they had to be good but turns out not so much. They kept falling off the ears and finally broke.

I have some experience with earbuds and headphones

Overall sign sound quality not very good and I know this for a fact because I went down to Mardi Gras and I had to immediately put them back in the case I just got done 2 days ago 2 days prior! For the money or spending you can get a pair of cheap ones for like 50 bucks and get a way better quality sound on them maybe I just got to do something one I don't know! For $119 you think you would get way more and there's no additional earbuds in there so you would have to buy that separate. Comfort level there okay other than that I don't recommend this product

Mediocre Sound

I was met with connectivity issues and very flat, boring sound. Immediate return.

Quality Sound, good battery

It gets really hot and sweaty, and much of the equipment we use is noisy (think tractors). I wear hear protection on top of my ears, so any ear phones MUST be comfortable! These from plantronics fit the bill well. I had no problems charging and synching these with my iPhone. The case is sturdy and fits in a rear pants pocket in a pinch. I have small ear canals, but these are not too large for me. When I put the 'over the ear' noise protectors on, I do not feel like they are squished or painful. Overall, I think these would be great for working outdoors or working out.

Comfy, secure, and good sound!

They’re comfortable because they don’t protrude too far into your ear due to the soft earloops that hold them in place. The sound is great with noticeably high quality bass for their size. I like the zippered case that doesn’t pop open in your gym bag and the extra charging time gained from the battery in the case. I had some trouble pairing the bluetooth connection with multiple devices, but since I mostly use them with only my phone, this was not a big deal. In terms of style, I really like the metallic teal surfaces; they make these headphones look cool too!

Liked them a lot but charging case failed 2 months

To isolate the cause of the issue, please try using a different micro-USB cable and a 5 volt wall charger for optimal performance. The life expectancy of this product is of at least a year, but this varies depending on the usage and on most cases it should be closer to 2-4 years. If you still get he same results, then most likely there's a problem with the unit and it is best to replace it. This model comes with a one-year warranty from date of purchase. I knew I shouldn't have bought these

The earbud connects to my phone and I can pause and play music using the tap, it's just no sound comes out. I have unpaired my headphones from my phone, rebooted my phone, and I reset settings in the app $150 dollars wasted. contacted support.
