Test the unit with a non web-based app to rule out any wireless interference. Please verify if you only experience these issues in crowded areas, which most likely will be related to density issues, especially in big cities where there can be a significant number of active users within an area in which their wireless Bluetooth communication devices are sharing the same radio spectrum. Testing your phone with a different Bluetooth wireless device could be ideal to isolate the cause of the issue.     I received the earbuds and there were no issues connecting the bluetooth to my phone. However, my issues occurred with the right earbud either losing sound or having sporadic popping/feedback. This occurred when listening to music or listening to a podcast. Never had any sound issues with the left earbud. Also, the feedback/popping goes away on its own without making any adjustments. The earbuds fits nicely in my ears. No complaints here. My nitpick is I wished the maximum volume was louder. Once I downloaded the app and adjusted the equalizer/bass settings, the adjustments made a difference. My only other nitpick is I wished there was some type of noise cancelling function. I like to go for runs and tone out my surroundings. Overall, I do recommend these earbuds. If a firmware comes out to resolve the feedback and right earbud connection issues, please upgrade this review to five stars.

    Sound has way too much base and you cannot correct this. Doesn't rest easily in the case. It's also a one size fits all earpiece and the piece that goes in the ear is way too big for my ears. Will be returning.

    There are no different size earpieces so it can fit your ear if it is smaller. I would not have bought these if I knew. I will most likely return these.

    Sound just wasn't there. Very flat sound. No separation of bass, miss, highs. I could get the same sound from some generic headphones. Not what you would expect from Plantronics.

    These headphones did not last more than a month. The right side started to cut in and out then quit working completely. A total waste of my money.

    Left one turns on and off but has no sound sometimes and sometimes does. Could be defective but they sold out now so I can’t even exchange them to find out

If you are experiencing some connectivity issues with the headset, you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection. 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset. With the headset powered off, press and hold down the right ear bud for at least 8-10 seconds until you hear "pairing". 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_BBFIT 350". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful". You may also want to reset the actual headset through the "Backbeat" mobile app and check if it doesn't have any updates available. Last but not least we always recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason the issue remains, then it means it has an actual problem and it will be best to replace it.     Secure Exercising Sound - Poor Microphone Pickup

    I have been looking for a solid pair of wireless exercise around the ear earbuds and these did not disappoint for the most part. First they utilize a tunnel like design where your earwax will not start applying directly to the sound driver and muffle it which is great, second it wraps around the ear and will not move when running. Drawbacks are when on a call the microphone picks up everything so if you are in a coffee shop you are not able to be heard over the room noise. Second is the audio quality is not the deepest I have heard with a good amount of bass but it seems to me the mids and highs are what are more obvious when listening to music. Not a massive drawback though. It's a good product and it gets the job done when working out!
