The ear tips are designed to fit over 90% of ears. You can rotate them to fit the shape of your ears and a flexible stabilizer helps to ensure they stay snug; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. In order to troubleshoot connection and sound issues, please try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headphones. To do so: Delete the headset from your cell phone’s list of paired devices. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. Lastly, re-pair the unit with your phone.You might also want to ensure the headset is the only Bluetooth device connected to your phone while you’re using it in order to rule out wireless interference. Additionally, updating the firmware version of your unit through the BackBeat App might also improve connectivity issues. Really nice active true wireless buds

Have tried several pair of in ear buds, and while they're great for sitting in the office or on a train, they left a lot to be desired for exercising. These securely stay in your ear no matter what you're doing and have a design that allows you to still hear your surroundings when necessary (very necessary when running or cycling). Range is great too, I've been able to leave my phone and walk a good distance away to grab weights, etc with no break-up. They have start/stop and volume controls by touching the buds. Battery life is not a concern with the built in charging case and large battery of the units. At 1/2 the price of Powerbeats pro these are a much better value. A review says that the case seems backwards..it's true, but necessary due to the ear hook design. When looking at the case the right ear bud is on the left and vice-versa...no big deal.

There are no extra tips so they cannot be adjusted for individual needs so I found them very hard to use. Also, the case is huge and bulky. These earbuds are not the quality I expected from Plantronics

Cannot Hear Surroundings

I did not find that they serve the purpose. Even sitting in a car with two other people and in the hear-through mode, I can’t hear them say my name with music at a low volume in these. Wouldn’t want to rely on them for hearing traffic. They have become Peloton-only for me.

While I am happy with the sound quality and fit of the headphone, I am quite disappointed at the quality. After 6 months, the charging case stopped working. I contacted Plantronics support who had me file a claim on their website and return the headphones (at my own expense). They then shipped me a new pair within a week. The new pair worked great for three weeks until a couple of days ago (almost 7 months after my initial purchase) when, the case ALSO stopped working. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product, as I did not spend $200 to rent a pair of headphones for just over 6 months. Hopefully my experience helps inform your purchase!

Volume control does not work- unusable.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I may have gotten a defective pair, as mine are literally incapable of not playing at maximum volume. The instructions indicate that you can lower the volume by lightly holding your finger over the left earbud. If I do this, I hear a steady "beep, beep, beep" indicating that the earbud is registering the touch. However, the volume still absolutely blares at ear-splitting levels. I've held the earbud down for over a minute and the volume does not change. If I then lightly tap the left earbud (which raises the volume), I'm met with a system alert saying "volume maximum." If I manually lower the volume on the phone the headphones are connected to, there is no change. Worse yet, if I then try to hold down the left earbud to lower the volume, the phone's volume immediately snaps to maximum. I'm sure this issue does not affect all or even most pairs, but I am unable to find anything online warning consumers about this possibility. It truly renders the headphones absolutely unusable and a massive waste of money.

Please rest assured that we take the quality of our products very seriously, and scenarios like these are very unlikely. There are a few things that should fix this issue. First, ensure the unit's firmware version is up to date through our BackBeat app: https://goo.gl/AtmURf. Then select the reset option located in the app as well. The pairing process will start once you reset it, hence you will need to select it again under Bluetooth settings. Make sure the left ear bud is pairing to the right ear bud as well. Now, please make sure the volume function is set to be controlled through the left ear bud. This is done through the app as well. Then test the button. If the issue persists then it is best to replace the unit. In case the retailer is no longer able to replace it, please note this model comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Bad sound and painful fit!

I wanted them for ONE purpose, so I could soak in the tub and hear my Hulu over the running water. The sound is terrible though. It failed completely at doing this. In addition they are quite painful. I see now I could have gotten some that would do what I need for around $50 making these overpriced. Will be returning tomorrow :(

Its "one size fits all" means that they will most likely flop out on you and they do not block outside sound at all This is the only type that i have experienced which do not include multiple sizes
