These little headphones are great in many different environments. Because they are made to let natural sound in, it is easy to have a conversation with someone without taking them out. Just tap the right ear to pause the music and talk naturally. Through the use of the app, it is possible to change the tap functions of the left ear. While they are interchangeable, I set the single tap to open Siri and the double-tap to open a favorite Spotify playlist. Sound quality for music is pretty good but not amazing. Mids and highs are decent but the bass is lacking even when the equalizer function in the app is set to increase bass. I think the reason is that there is a trade-off between allowing natural sound in and having a tight seal to allow bass to reach the ear. Sound quality on phone calls is fine. Calls are heard in both ears and I did not receive any complaints about my voice quality. These are really comfortable to wear for multiple hours at a time. Some of the smaller buds I have tried tend to fall out of my ears, especially if I am really moving a lot. Since these have the earloops, they do not fall out no matter what I do. So far, water and sweat has not been an issue. They are rated for it and it seems to be holding true. Battery life is excellent! I am pretty sure I far exceeded the 8-hour estimate per charge. When they die, simply put them back in the case to recharge. The case itself seems to be running above expectations for charge capacity as well. With that, most people should not have much trouble. One could probably wear these all day at work, charge them on the drive home, and then wear them in the evening to workout. Overall, I am pretty happy. My only wish is better bass. I still gave them five stars because I do not think Plantronics can do better while still allowing the natural sound in. Last but not least, be sure to download the BackBeat app, NOT BackBeat FIT. It is confusing and they should probably rename one of them.

I tried one too many true wireless bluetooth headphones. I hated the in-ear kind that Jabra and other brands offer. They never stay in place. I tried a Bose pair that isn't truly wireless, but had the in-ear component to it. Of course they also fell out after a couple of times wearing it. This pair solves that issue while delivering good sound. It's durable to handle my toughest workouts without interruption. Great buy!

Good battery life. Sound is good. Wish it connected to 2 devices simultaneously so I could easily switch from listening to my computer and taking a call on my phone.

Well I only use the right East as the left ear keeps coming out. I love the charging case. The sound is clear. The battery life doesn’t seem to last though. Then syncing process was flawless to my iphone.

The headphones themselves are the perfect workout headphones for me. Truly wireless with earhooks that hold in place even in the most intense workouts. Sound quality is good for workout headphones and the price, but obviously these aren't "audiophile" caliber headphones. I also really like that they aren't completely isolating. When you're doing things like running outside it's important to be able to hear what's going on around you to stay safe. My only complaint is regarding the charging case and the fact that it still uses Micro-USB. There's no reason a 2019/2020 electronic device should be using Micro-USB, so I docked a star for that. Make it USB-C and these headphones would be perfect.

I use these more than my galaxy buds live.The galaxy buds live sound better,but these are way more comfortable in my ear.These are my primary bluetooth head phones at the moment.

These headphones are very comfortable. They fit well. Sound is very good.

They fit my ears very well and last a long time on one charge and sound great

Battery lasts a really long time and the case booster is much better then the pixel buds i replaced with these. Water/sweat proof is great feature not a lot have most buds are just resistant. Also like that they are 2 seperate full functioning buds so I can use one in either ear independently. Silicon is soft but holds shape well and don't notice them on.

I love them so far, easy to use the only issue it had during a call it fades away at times. Other than that great sound quality for music and water proof makes it even better.

I love these earbuds so much I bought a second pair of. You can't turn up the volume very loud, which is okay. They stay in my ears which is the most important factor. I use them for phone calls, and for XM Radio.

The fit great in the ear but lack enough bass and volume. I work on aircraft & they don't work well on the Flightline. Using them with the phone is clear

Good headphones. Only had for a short time but I really like them. Long battery life and comfortable to wear. Seem durable too. Wesr them while I workout and do yard work. They definitely get wet when I sweat but I have had no issues. The only complaint I have is the controls on the headphone is not real intuitive. Took a while to get used to.

These are expensive but well worth the money. They will last a long time, and are comfortable. Just get white ones so you wont lose them............................................................................................................................................................
