Customers are saying
Customers often highlight the impressive sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life of the BackBeat FIT Wireless Behind-the-Neck Headphones. Many appreciate the wireless convenience and water resistance, finding them lightweight and easy to wear for extended periods. However, some users mention that the volume could be higher and that the bass response might not satisfy those seeking deep, powerful low-end frequencies. A few also comment on the price point.

Holy Grail
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I completely agree with the other review that these are the holy grail of all BT headphones! I have had many different headphones over the last few years as well as a couple different wireless ones. I run a lot, including training for half and full marathons and nobody wants to deal with wires all over the place when you're running for 2+ hours. The problem has been finding a pair that are not only comfortable but stay put. Previous headphones have had the comfort but do not stay in place and I don't want to be worried about losing them when I need to be focused on my training. These are comfortable, they don't move and the material holds up and won't show the many hours of sweat (and sometimes tears) that they have endured throughout my training. And if for some reason I do drop/lose them - they're plenty bright enough they won't be hard to find! I know most people buy headphones for the sound although that is second in priority to me for training purposes but the quality of sound definitely doesn't play second fiddle to comfort here. The sound is amazing - crisp and clear - yet I don't lose my surroundings which is very important for safety reasons for anyone utilizing them for outdoor physical activity. Lastly, I had absolutely no issues in setting these up. As soon as I powered them on and turned on my bluetooth, my phone immediately found them. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone!

As advertised...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did a lot of research on bluetooth headphones made primarily for exercise. It gets a little confusing due to the range of the reviews. No matter which brand or model you check there are so many varied ratings, from excellent to piece of s@#t on the same item. So it takes some hands on listening to determine if a particular headphone suits your purpose. No one can tell you what's best for you. So, I tried several from the infamous 'Beats' to no names on amazon. Eventually went to Best Buy and gave the Plantronics a try. Before giving my impression I should say that I've used all types of phones from the really expensive audiophile types to low budget throwaways. There is definitely a difference in quality in the better brands and models so it usually pays to spend a little extra and get quality. No different here. These are VG bluetooth phones that sound very good, pair easily and are well made. After charging them I paired with my iPhone and was impressed with the quality of sound, the fit and how well they stay in my ears. Great for the gym of just hanging around the house. On a scale of 1-10 with ten being the type of sound quality you get from a very expensive pair offer the ear cans, I'd easily give these a solid 8. Looking for a set of gym, running, biking or working in the yard phones? just buy these and save the trouble of searching. You will not be dissapointed.

Best headset for running I've ever tried
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was in the market it for earphones or headphones that (1) were comfortable and out of the way (2) allowed ambient noise (3) stayed on without hurting on long runs. These were far and away the best I've ever tried. It is often the case I forget I have them on because I don't feel them and the sound is good, but I can still be aware of my surroundings. Money well spent.

best ear phones I've used
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used allot of wireless earphones and mostly they have been garbage. So I decided to jump up to the $100+ range and as far as headphones goes it makes a complete difference. They are comfortable, easy to use and they stay in your ears. The only knock I would have is that they aren't the loudest but they are amazing otherwise.

Excellent Improvement to the 903+
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being an avid jogger i have used many bluetooth stereo headsets before.I have always trusted the quality of many Plantronics products, for this reason i have purchased the Plantronics FIT. I usually do my early morning run and my fitness at my local gym. The Battery life of the Plantronics fit is awesome as it gets me thru an entire day, in addition i like the fact that it has the Psi coating, which even makes it more rugged to withstand the sweat and rain. Call quality and Sound quality is truly amazing. Where as most headsets totally block out the external environmental noise the fit allows me to be aware of my surroundings but not loose a beat when listening to my music in the gym. THANK YOU PLANTRONICS YOU HAVE MADE ME A FAN AGAIN!!!

Great fit, battery, sound, phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has a great fit for workout and running, good bluetooth reach, the sound is good (note: it's not noise cancelling, I like that), the battery is awesome (I also use it for -work- phone calls during the day).

Awesome for running
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased and research a few wireless headphones before I found these. It's perfect for small ears and they don't fall out during a run or long cords hanging or draping. The battery life is long 8 hrs on a single charge. When you power it on, it tells you immediately that it's ON/OFF, connected, the battery life indication. Once you get use to the buttons, it's very user friendly. You can use with your phone to listen and talk. It even has a great APP for your phone to help you remember. I love it love it love it. It's worth every penny. Don't forget to price comparison shop to get the best price.

Headphones work great!!!!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 2 sets of this headset, I read many reviews before I decided which one to buy, The reviews lead me to give these a try, I am very impressed, The bluetooth works great, I haven't had any connection issues, They give great sound and are very easy to use after you figure out the controls, Talking on the phone is awesome as well, I also love the fact that when I have them on I can still hear, I don't have to take them off to talk to anyone face to face, This is the perfect replacement for earbuds where I have to fight with the cord. Awesome.

Decent at best but not worth over 100 dollars
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If it wasn’t for the great blue tooth connectivity with my iPod Nano (newest generation), I would have returned this and gave this lower stars. My main issue with this device is that there is no noise cancelling so let’s say if you’re at the gym, hate the music they play, there is a possibility you might still hear the music of the gym unless you have the volume high (not really a huge difference to be quite honest with you). Also, it doesn’t fully plug inside your ears, you’ll have space. What really is disappointing is that it doesn’t have extra set of ear buds or at least different size ear buds to replace the ones it brings. If it would have at least thrown in some extra ear buds plus different sizes, I think this wouldn’t have been an issue. One thing though, it works perfectly great especially listening to metal music like Opeth, Lamb of God, Megadeth, Testament, and so on, the sound is clear and it sounds great. I’ve jogged with these a bunch of times, outdoor jogging that is, and it doesn’t distract the sound or anything. Never got disconnected which is great. One thing that’s disappointing is that sadly, sweat can still get in your ears mainly because like I said, there aren’t any options for different sizes of ear buds. One issue that I’m having now is that when the first song is played, it has this static sound or it sounds really glitchy. Once I skip the first song, it sounds and plays fine. For 100 dollars or more, it isn’t worth it. If it had better ear buds, different size ear buds, and solid enough to at least close up the ear canal a bit, I think this would have been perfect. I would say pay and spend extra for the BEATS or any other workout headphones. I have not used this for phone calls, mainly for workouts and jogs. If you can grab these for 60 bucks or less, it’ll probably be worth it but other than that, besides the great sound quality and great blue tooth connectivity, 100 dollars is too steep.

Usually we recommend users to try wearing the headset for a few days in order to get used to the fit and feel of the product, but we understand one size does not fit all. In case this model definitely doesn't work for you because of its comfort, we also have the BackBeat Pro, Sense and Go 3. They all have different wearing styles.

Fantastic!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband bought me these for Christmas and they are GREAT!! I wear them while working out every night and they have really made my gym time easier. No more wires getting in my way and no more having to carry my phone around, I can do everything from my ear now! They have great sound quality, great Bluetooth distance, they're comfortable and they're extremely easy to operate. My only complaint is, the ear tips are a little big for my ears and they don't make different sizes (I checked their website) but even so, they're still comfortable and fantastic.

4 Months and not working
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These were purchased in Dec. and now in April they are cutting out all the time. They have only been used for a few hours a night to watch TV while others are sleeping so no heavy usage. Also if you wear glasses or have small ear lobes they are hard to stay on.

Posted .I'm sorry to hear you have been having problems with your Fit. That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.
If the issue is the same we can replace the headset, it has a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. You can use the following url to view our replacement steps.

Awesome Headphones!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these headphones because of the style. Not to mention the luck I've had with Plantronics. I absolutely love the Fit. Very comfortable, good sound with decent volume. I had another brand, 3X the price, they were absolute garbage.. Good value at $30 off.

finally I found a pair of headphones I like
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like these headphones . I have worked in the home electronics industry for years. I had purchased 3 different headphones from reputable companies and was very disappointed . Klipchs, Polk audio, and sennheiser.. These headphones blow away all of these . The fit and feel is top notch . Very comfortable!!!! Running or hitting the gym. The Bluetooth works great as well . Thank you for making a great pair of headphones for the active person .

Good for workouts
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had jaybird 2X and this product does better than jaybird. I workout on a consistent basis - 5/6 times a week and have had this routine for years. They are the only ones that stay put - far more than the jaybird brand. The only draw back is they could be louder. The plantronics brand is also pretty comfortable.
