Customers are saying
Customers often highlight the impressive sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life of the BackBeat FIT Wireless Behind-the-Neck Headphones. Many appreciate the wireless convenience and water resistance, finding them lightweight and easy to wear for extended periods. However, some users mention that the volume could be higher and that the bass response might not satisfy those seeking deep, powerful low-end frequencies. A few also comment on the price point.

Great for workouts.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones were something I definitely needed because my boyfriend always snags the wires and ends up dropping the weights on the headphones. The Plantronics BackBeat Fit resolved that issue. The design is great because it wraps around your ears and it's flexible, not stiff ( I prefer this design over the cord like design like Powerbeats Wireless). As for sound, it does the job. I was not expecting super nice bass or anything. I was looking more for durability and it has that. I also like that you can still hear your surroundings because I prefer to be slightly aware of my surroundings than to cancel it all out. Overall, the Plantronics BackBeat Fit are great for workouts. The design and fit works for my boyfriend and I. The range between device and the headphones is surprisingly good (about 30 ft). I was shocked at how well the headphones were working considering I forgot my phone in my bag and walked across the gym. The phone quality is good and clear. I love the buttons on the ears.

My favorite headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the first pair of wireless headphones that actually stay in place while running. They are very comfortable, and the sound quality is fantastic. The controls are built into the headset and are easy to use. I am extremely satisfied with these headphones.

Nice wireless headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones have great sound and decent distance. I like the flexible form and fit. Expensive, but then again all decent bluetooth headphones are. Better bang for your buck then Beats in my opinion and much less bulk. I can actually wear a hat over my head to keep heat in.

Good for active wear
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed something that would stay on while running, doing yard work etc. these are light and durable. At times I wish they would be louder. It I think that is more of the over the ear as opposed to the in the ear design. They are light, compact, and stay on nicely.

Neat!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately, the first set I bought was defective right out of the box and had to be returned. The 2nd pair has been all that I expected them to be - comfortable, great sound and great fit while ion the move - all with no wires !

Great for workouts
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are comfortable and sound good. This was my third pair of wireless headphones. The previous two were noise canceling in ear and we're not a comfortable fit. These fit well and have good sound. Wish they were a bit louder.

Excellent headphones for working out and running
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After taking up running, I needed a decent pair of wireless headphones. After much research I've settled on the Plantronics Backbeat FITs. There are cheaper and certainly more expensive alternatives, but for what I needed these for, they served my purpose perfectly. They connected with no problem to both my iPhone and my Apple Watch. I use these for both listening to music as well as getting audio cues from the RunKeeper app that I use to track my workouts. First, I find them to be plenty comfortable, even to the point where I sometimes forget I had them on. I've seen some people mention the headband can be annoying on runs with it bouncing around on the back of their necks. However, being a male with very thick, long hair, I've never had problem with that issue. If anything, sometimes the stupid things get caught in my hair while trying to take them off, but has been the case with just about any pair of headphones out there. Also, I really like the open nature of the design. It still allows me to hear what is going around me as well as still able to listen to my music. That is especially important if I am running along a road or while participating in a race. And lastly, I am quite impressed with the sound quality of these things. Granted, we are not talking about audiophile levels of sound quality here, but then again, this is a $130 pair of FITNESS headphones, not a $500+ pair of high-end audiophile cans such as my B&W P7s. The bass could be a little better, but overall, the highs and mid-range comes out very clear. What bass is there is pretty tight and well defined. Yes, there are probably better sounding and more expensive fitness headphones out there. In fact, I have a pair of Jaybird X2s, of which I've been hearing very good things about, that I just recently received that I am going to try out very soon (which cost nearly $180). So I will be curious how they compare to the Plantronics Backbeat FITs. Also, the included armband/carrying case is very handy. Overall, I really do like these headphones and have become my daily drivers for workouts and running.

Great Headphones!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a ton of researching and finally decided on theses and couldn't be happier. I have a smaller head but they fit great and sound great, they don't fit to tight or to lose. For the price these are great and I get good battery life.

Excellent for long distance running
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the second pair I have purchased in the last few months. My wife loves hers so much that I wasn't even allowed to use them (except to make sure I could run with them as well). Great fit, lets in some ambient noise so I can hear when a car is coming, and excellent battery life.

Excellent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can not go wrong with this purchase. Excellent range, never lose connection to my smart phone. Great battery life, and easy to connect. Sound quality is great. These are designed to allow you to still hear noise around you, so if you do not want that, do not get them. Very comfortable.

Light waterproof quality Bluetooth headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are near perfect for a cyclist commuter such as myself. The controls are easy to access and you can hold a telephone conversation as you ride. The sound is very good; and, my jazz music's highs and lows all come through clearly. You can hear what's going on around you, too, since the these are designed to not jam all the way in your ear. I was able to get these to fit snuggly after readjusting the earpieces; even with glasses on. Only downside is I sometime wish I could make the volume a little louder when I am travel on the subway.

nice headphones ... wait ... headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought them since my old Bose in ear faded away and intended to use them for workouts only. Soon realized they are awesome to wear. You forget having them on. Sound quality is almost at Bose level. Clear bass, decent midtowns and crystal clear in the higher frequencies. Battery life is awesome. The battery impact at the phone is minimal. Suddenly I realized they have a microphone as well and used it for calls. People asked me if I had a new phone because my voice sounded really clear and loud. Now I use them for longer calls telephone conferences etc. Along with multiple workouts in between I have to charge the item twice a week. It remembers multiple phones and will always connect to the last phone it had. Great product

Good Bluetooth Headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have started walking more for my health and was looking for a decent bluetooth headset to listen to the music downloaded on my phone. These are comfortable and have no problems staying in my ears. They are weather-proof and can get a little wet if walking in rain or snow. Sound quality is decent, they are not noise cancelling which is good for me because I still need to be able to hear some traffic noise for safety. The battery does last 8-10 hours before charging, and only takes about an hour to recharge. Gives you a voice warning battery is getting low with about an hour left of use. Works okay for phone calls except on windy days.

Amazing open-ear headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're looking for a pair of headphones to give you great sound with some situational awareness, look no further. I wanted something I could wear in the basement while I was working out but still hear my wife holler if she needed help with one of the kids. The Backbeat Fit definitely deliver. If you're looking for studio-like, isolated, mind-blowing sound, this isn't it. But if you're a runner or whatever and need some situational awareness and solid sound from a pair of open-ear headphones, the Backbeat Fit meet, nay, exceed the need. I don't have a comparable competitor unfortunately. In all my reviews I found that the closest competitor would be the wireless Beats, but as many reviews reveal, those are definitely bass heavy. And these are cheaper as well. The fit is great. The material is excellent. I wipe down with a baby wipe after every use to just to ensure the longest life possible. It takes 5 seconds and I know I'm not leaving the headphones coated in salty sweat. I get around 6-7 hours of playback time, which is around a week's worth of exercise. So battery life is decent. My headphones connect quickly and easily to all my devices. I do get a dropped connection every now and then with my Galaxy Note 3, but that could just be a compatability issue with the phone because my connection never drops when I'm connected to my bluetooth transmitter for my tv. Bottom line: AMAZING open-ear headphones. Not sounds isolating but that's the point! Sound quality is solid

Backbeat headphones... Not bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to return the first headset after a few weeks, reception was in and out.. Head set was freezing up and wouldn't dial out... Product is great when it works... The second one appears to be okay so far..maybe the first one was a lemon, don't know.. But like I said when it works there is great clarity and music sounds good.. Also has good range if you walk away from your phone..It surpasses most of the other headphones and is sweat resistant.

It does its job
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally was looking the get the power beats but read major negative reviews. I saw the reviews for these headphones and it seemed favorable. They're pretty comfortable to wear at the gym. My only complaint is the ear piece don't fit 100% snugly in your ear. I have to put the volume at max to try and drown out the background music at the gym. The plus side is there is no more wires getting tangled up in the weight machines. All in all a decent pair of headphones. Is it worth the price that's a different story.
