best pair of workout headphones

These stay in due to the wrap around ear and leaves just enough room off the back of neck to allow u to turn head freely. Plus the are wireless and sound great.

What I did was looked at the instructions while trying to connect to my device and then learn how to use the control buttons. After that there is a persons voice who tells you when the power is on or off and connected.,
