Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the impressive sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life of the BackBeat FIT Wireless Behind-the-Neck Headphones. Many appreciate the wireless convenience and water resistance, finding them lightweight and easy to wear for extended periods. However, some users mention that the volume could be higher and that the bass response might not satisfy those seeking deep, powerful low-end frequencies. A few also comment on the price point.

These are the first pair of wireless headphones that actually stay in place while running. They are very comfortable, and the sound quality is fantastic. The controls are built into the headset and are easy to use. I am extremely satisfied with these headphones.

These headphones have great sound and decent distance. I like the flexible form and fit. Expensive, but then again all decent bluetooth headphones are. Better bang for your buck then Beats in my opinion and much less bulk. I can actually wear a hat over my head to keep heat in.

Had these for a few weeks now and has been really great for workouts. No more tangling with wires. The sound quality is decent, pretty good for bluetooth headphones. Battery life has been good, lasts a few days of daily use before having to recharge. Love the behind the neck design so you don't hear the clothing rub sound you would with other wired or dangling headphones. The only con is for anyone with long hair is the strap behind the neck does tend to get in the way and makes it uncomfortable as your hair whips around and the buds pull on your ears constantly. Putting your hair in a ponytail will help. Other than that, very good headphones. Not many good BT headphones for working out, but this one is certainly a good one.

I needed something that would stay on while running, doing yard work etc. these are light and durable. At times I wish they would be louder. It I think that is more of the over the ear as opposed to the in the ear design. They are light, compact, and stay on nicely.

I bought a pair for my husband for Christmas and he was raving about how nice they were so I decided to get myself a pair. Long lasting battery! So nice not worrying about a cord while running. The sound quality a awesome. I was nervous about having the band bounce up and down on my neck while running but it does not do that at all! ❤️ These!!

I was looking for a Bluetooth and wireless enabled set of head phones that would be loud, comfortable, and stay I place for various workouts. There had not yet been any reviews for this set, however I am more than satisfied. They meet and exceed all of my expectations.

Unfortunately, the first set I bought was defective right out of the box and had to be returned. The 2nd pair has been all that I expected them to be - comfortable, great sound and great fit while ion the move - all with no wires !

These are comfortable and sound good. This was my third pair of wireless headphones. The previous two were noise canceling in ear and we're not a comfortable fit. These fit well and have good sound. Wish they were a bit louder.

After taking up running, I needed a decent pair of wireless headphones. After much research I've settled on the Plantronics Backbeat FITs. There are cheaper and certainly more expensive alternatives, but for what I needed these for, they served my purpose perfectly. They connected with no problem to both my iPhone and my Apple Watch. I use these for both listening to music as well as getting audio cues from the RunKeeper app that I use to track my workouts. First, I find them to be plenty comfortable, even to the point where I sometimes forget I had them on. I've seen some people mention the headband can be annoying on runs with it bouncing around on the back of their necks. However, being a male with very thick, long hair, I've never had problem with that issue. If anything, sometimes the stupid things get caught in my hair while trying to take them off, but has been the case with just about any pair of headphones out there. Also, I really like the open nature of the design. It still allows me to hear what is going around me as well as still able to listen to my music. That is especially important if I am running along a road or while participating in a race. And lastly, I am quite impressed with the sound quality of these things. Granted, we are not talking about audiophile levels of sound quality here, but then again, this is a $130 pair of FITNESS headphones, not a $500+ pair of high-end audiophile cans such as my B&W P7s. The bass could be a little better, but overall, the highs and mid-range comes out very clear. What bass is there is pretty tight and well defined. Yes, there are probably better sounding and more expensive fitness headphones out there. In fact, I have a pair of Jaybird X2s, of which I've been hearing very good things about, that I just recently received that I am going to try out very soon (which cost nearly $180). So I will be curious how they compare to the Plantronics Backbeat FITs. Also, the included armband/carrying case is very handy. Overall, I really do like these headphones and have become my daily drivers for workouts and running.

I did a ton of researching and finally decided on theses and couldn't be happier. I have a smaller head but they fit great and sound great, they don't fit to tight or to lose. For the price these are great and I get good battery life.

This is the second pair I have purchased in the last few months. My wife loves hers so much that I wasn't even allowed to use them (except to make sure I could run with them as well). Great fit, lets in some ambient noise so I can hear when a car is coming, and excellent battery life.

This should really say 4.7 stars, but that wasnt an option. I bought these on a whim instead of just buying an armband for my phone since their carrying case doubles as an armband. I made a great choice. The sound quality is great, they stay put, I forget I'm wearing them after a bit because they're comfortable, and others can't hear my music when my volume is maxxed out. The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars are that I have tiny ears, so when I first put them around my ears they don't feel like they fit (even though they do, plus they include a smaller size of the bud that fits in your ear), and the volume maxes out at the right level even when I want it to go louder (even though I can't hear anything that others are saying.)

Can not go wrong with this purchase. Excellent range, never lose connection to my smart phone. Great battery life, and easy to connect. Sound quality is great. These are designed to allow you to still hear noise around you, so if you do not want that, do not get them. Very comfortable.

bought them since my old Bose in ear faded away and intended to use them for workouts only. Soon realized they are awesome to wear. You forget having them on. Sound quality is almost at Bose level. Clear bass, decent midtowns and crystal clear in the higher frequencies. Battery life is awesome. The battery impact at the phone is minimal. Suddenly I realized they have a microphone as well and used it for calls. People asked me if I had a new phone because my voice sounded really clear and loud. Now I use them for longer calls telephone conferences etc. Along with multiple workouts in between I have to charge the item twice a week. It remembers multiple phones and will always connect to the last phone it had. Great product

These are near perfect for a cyclist commuter such as myself. The controls are easy to access and you can hold a telephone conversation as you ride. The sound is very good; and, my jazz music's highs and lows all come through clearly. You can hear what's going on around you, too, since the these are designed to not jam all the way in your ear. I was able to get these to fit snuggly after readjusting the earpieces; even with glasses on. Only downside is I sometime wish I could make the volume a little louder when I am travel on the subway.

These headphones do what they are meant to do. They play my music while I workout or do cardio and stay in place. They aren't tight and don't restrict me. I also sweat a lot and these seem to be unaffected by that, unlike some other $100+ wireless earphones. The only downside of these headphones is the sound quality. I have to turn my volume up more than usual to get a good sound coming through. I understand they're not noise cancelling, but I shouldn't have to turn my volume up to more than half to get what I want. Also, I've had to play with my settings to get my music sounding right. Overall, I would recommend these though.

I have started walking more for my health and was looking for a decent bluetooth headset to listen to the music downloaded on my phone. These are comfortable and have no problems staying in my ears. They are weather-proof and can get a little wet if walking in rain or snow. Sound quality is decent, they are not noise cancelling which is good for me because I still need to be able to hear some traffic noise for safety. The battery does last 8-10 hours before charging, and only takes about an hour to recharge. Gives you a voice warning battery is getting low with about an hour left of use. Works okay for phone calls except on windy days.
