Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the impressive sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life of the BackBeat FIT Wireless Behind-the-Neck Headphones. Many appreciate the wireless convenience and water resistance, finding them lightweight and easy to wear for extended periods. However, some users mention that the volume could be higher and that the bass response might not satisfy those seeking deep, powerful low-end frequencies. A few also comment on the price point.

Great headphones for all runs. Currently training

These are excellent wireless head phones. I'm currently training for a marathon. Great fit. They have great sound. They are not noise canceling so you are able to hear someone scream or honk. This is important while running outside. They are extremely light weight. Sometimes I forget they are on my head. They do not bounce around. They stay put. They are bendable so if you are running and no longer want to have them on you could easily roll them up or stick them in a pocket with out worrying about breaking them. Many other wireless head phones are not bendable so if you don't want them on you are going to worry of where to store them. My longest run has been 3.5 hour and the headphones did not skip a beat. I have a Samsung Note 5 and the arm band that comes with the headphones will not fit the note.

the reviews stated that these work in the water. I swam with these and as soon as I was in the water, I lost the bluetooth ability. I don't recommend if you want to use these when you swim. These do work well out of the water.

Good fit, good sound, stays in place.

When I researched these, I wondered if the way they fit in the ears could be adjusted. When I got them, I learned that they could be rotated 20 degrees either way to fit comfortably. They don't bounce around like some. My hair is short so not in the way. People with long hair might not like the way they go around the back. They stay put really well. The sound is good too. They don't have the deep punchy bass like the kind that squeeze/seal tightly into your ear. They rest comfortably in the ear and allow you to hear everything that is going on around you. Great for jogging and crossing streets or using the treadmill and have to pay attention to what the kids are doing. That said, the bass is good and the sound is just right -- and I'm picky. My music ran out and I forgot I was wearing them so I guess that means their comfortable too!

terribly disappointed by this product. Connectivity was awful, even just having my paired device in my pocket, the playback was very choppy. I returned this product the next day.

Nice design, but it doesn't work right. It gets very crackly and skips in and out while running. Not sure if we just got a defective one, or if it's a design issue.

That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,

      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.

If the issue is still the same after the reset, it may be a defective headset. We can replace that headset if that is the case. You can use the following url to view our replacement steps.

    Not loud at all

I've been looking for Bluetooth earbuds for a while and after all the great reviews on the web and from my friends I purchased these. Ultimately they went back. I'll start with the positives... PROS: The fit and the controls is amazing. It feels like there is nothing on your head and they do not move at all when running, working out, or doing yoga. I have small ears and they fit fine, boyfriend has large also fit him fine. The controls are easy to use and cover all functions so your phone can be stationed somewhere. They are super easy to pair and you can see/hear the battery level. So as far as fit and function I feel like these are top notch. CONS: I understand they are not noise canceling however these are soooo QUIET!! The max volume is what I would use to just listen to music in a quiet house while cleaning or something... I could barely hear my music while doing active things(And I wasn't even in a loud area). It's a total bummer! The sound quality is good, not great but the volume again is soooooo low. I like to have the option to drowned in music if I so chose.... That was the huge point that made us return these. Back to the drawing board!

Purchased for my husband for Christmas a year ago and 6 monthis into using these the play button popped of while he was running!!! The plastic piece that hold the power/play buttons have snapped causing it to break off. He liked the sound and ease of function but like an idiot I didn't purchase a warranty. They didn't with stand his busy lige style.

THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ! SERIOUSLY

If you are like me you read reviews before you purchase. Well if you are thinking about these headphones I am about to make up your mind. I bought this product in March of 2015, it is now Nov of 2015 and they still work perfectly with just about everyday use. These things are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and the design keeps anything from hanging on your neck! Pairing with your device is super simple and the buttons/controls are so easy to use a caveman could do it. LOL. They charge quickly and the battery life is very good. Now to rebuttal the only complaint about these headphones I have really seen. The sound quality is not the best. Well, I say that is false; the sound quality is perfect IMO. If you read the full description the product states it is designed for runners/joggers to be able to hear traffic so for that reason they are not noise cancelling. I am not a jogger but I think I can attest to the sound quality in another way. I frequently use loud power tools such as drills, sanders, saws, grinders and etc. I can adjust the volume a bit higher while I am using one of these tools and hear my music just fine without hurting my ears and then turn it back down as I power the tool off. Now with that said, if you buy these try pushing them into your ear and then let them relax again. You will hear the difference because they are not noise cancelling. I believe the people complaining about the sound quality want to really hear the bass, these are not for you. Lastly, the only other negative I would add is that after a while the coating begins to chip off around the ear hooks. The hooks are flexible and with everyday use I suppose some wear and tear is to be expected.

      Hello,

We are very sorry to hear that you're having trouble using your BackBeat Fit with your iPhone. Resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset might help. To do this, first delete the headset from your phone's list of paired devices. Once deleted, make sure to power your phone completely off. Then power it back on. (This will reset the Bluetooth stack in the BT software on the phone). Then re-pair the headset with your phone.

If the issue continues, please send us an email at [email protected] with "Attn: Best Buy review" in the subject and we will be happy to help you with a little more in depth troubleshooting.Plantronics
