I use it during every workout but I also use it for business phone calls. The audio quality is amazing and the microphone is very well placed and sounds great on the other end of the call. People had complained about audio quality and volume but I have not had one issue with that. Great product that everyone needs for their daily run or time at th gym.

If I pushed on the ear pieces the sound was fantastic, but just as they sat normally a lot of sounds was lost.

They advertise these to be sweat proof and they really are not.. if you don't sweat, or don't plan to, these do have excellent sound quality
