I told my husband that this is the one tech that if I lose, I will go to Best Buy immediately to get it replaced. I love it for both phone, audiobook and watching tv.

    Sound great - frequent disconnects

These headphones sound extremely good but literally on 100% of the phone calls I've had with these headphones, they've lost connection to my iPhone 6s causing me to have to find the phone and pick it up while screaming "don't hang up!" in hopes that the person on the other end of the call doesn't end the call. This isn't an occasional occurrence. Every single phone call lasting more than a few minutes has resulted in the headphones disconnecting from the phone and it is not a battery issue. I don't know if I have a defective product or it's understood that Bluetooth headphones randomly disconnect sometimes, but a disconnect is absolutely unacceptable for me. I'm going to switch back to a wired headphone until I can find a Bluetooth headset that never randomly disconnects..

That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.

      To do so:
      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.

If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty. Battery/charging problems

I bought this set of headphones since they have great reviews overall and they truely are amazing headphones. Only exception is that after approx. 3 weeks of use they stopped charging. In which Plantronics customer service was excellent. On my second pair hopefully the first ones was just a manufacturing problem..

I've had them maybe a year and a half and the color is coming off, the power button fell off so i had to use a pen to turn them on and now i can't even do that. Disappointed.
