Ok, we purchased these headphones via a price match with @mazon (purchased the same set online Amazon) and swung by the store to pick them up all without issue. Get home and set them up everything worked as expected. The other online purchase arrived two days later and we noticed that the set we purchased from BB was missing a charger (or one wasn't provided) compared to the second set that arrived. Trying to select the opinion of "Maybe" on recommending this product to a friend, I'd say get the headphones, they work like a champ! But you'll miss the charger if your purchase it from BB. These headphones are awesome. Great for phone calls and music. The charging case is really convenient. Ear pieces come in 3 sizes for perfect fit. I highly recommend this product

Battery life on headphones alone isn't that great (2 hours) but the case is convenient. Would not rate high if had not been for charging case

These earphones stay in place during workouts at the gym unlike many others that I have tried in the past. Bluetooth eliminates cords getting entangled on clothing and equipment.

easy setup and good performance. earbuids are too large to settle into my ear canal and hold for extended use. used the smaller set furnished but still no go

I purchased the GO2 ear buds to work with multiple devices: Apple 4s (works well), Toshiba laptop (binds through Rocketfish USB Bluetooth adapter, which works well), and my work Lenovo laptop (will not bind). Note that the GO2 will only bind with one device at a time: to switch you must first remove (from the phone) then add to the laptop. I could not get to bind with the Lenovo laptop (would not install driver). Plantronics does not have drivers on it's web site and would not send me one when I contacted their technical support (they replied via e-mail stating the computer manufacturer should provide driver, which I could not find on the Lenovo website). Buds will not fit my ears (has multiple rubber inserts, but all will eventually allow the bud to fall out). I am using the buds with some over-the-ear supports from a wired headset. Sound quality is good and the GO2 has good range (about 30 ft).

While these ear buds have been good, perspiration has caused me some issues in them staying in. The sound, connectivity, and battery life have been good.

Got these headphones for my girlfriend to listen to music while working out. Unfortunately, hasn't been "working out" for her as the buds tend to fall out of her ears during runs. She chose this over the backbeat fit as those tend to be confortable with her long hair and these seemed a good alternative, but has been a struggle using them on the treadmill. These work best if you need an ok sounding wireless headphones walking around or riding public transport. They are light and the nifty charging case works great. Keep the case with you as battery life is so so.

great headphones especially for working out. Jogging is much easier with the long battery life and no cords behind the neck. Fits well in the ear and sound is clear

Very happy with sound and Bluetooth sinc but buds don't fit great in my ears. think its more about my ears and not the product.

These were a Christmas gift for my daughter. She said she loves them. The sound is very clear, very easy connectivity, and they stay in place when she works out.

These are my first set of Bluetooth ear buds, but they are great. I use them pretty much daily in the gym. They are especially great for following workout videos on my phone without being tethered to it. I can leave it in my bag sometimes and still have the freedom to roam around and do my workout. It is also great to be able to do yard work (or shovel snow) without having to worry my phone falling out. I would definitely buy these again as they were the lesser of most other Bluetooth ear buds.

The sound is fine and the carrying/charging case is handy but the ear piece is problematic, I have found it very difficult to keep on/in my ear especially during movement. Not ideal unless you are using them in stationary position.

Long battery life, use them at the gym for about 90 minutes a day five days a week. I keep them in the charger/case and have only had to plug the case in to an outlet 3 times in the last two months.

The ear buds do just what they say. I get 8 hours when I use the charge pack they do a great job keeping noise out so you hear great sounding music.

They are nice and fit well. The ear plug material quality could be better. Nice battery life though it could be improved bit more. Overall nice. Oh yeah the charging juice pack is a good bonus.

These have to be the best Bluetooth headphones I've owned by far. They are easy to you and very manageable. And the sound quality is clear and crisp.

Sound quality is great and they are super comfortable. Initial charge took a little while but subsequent charge time has been relatively short. They go quite a while on a single charge. The only minor drawback is these are so small and convenient that I can see them being lost very easily. Just need to be diligent on keeping them with the pouch they came with to keep track of them.

So at first i wasn't really that into them; they kinda take a little to get used to. But once I got over that stage, now I love em. In the past i would break headphones once a week because of how active I was, With these headphones that problem is far behind me and I'm saving money. Really clear sound and they drowned out the sounds of your surroundings. Over all very pleased

First of all, these headphones sound great. However, I bought them for running and once I start sweating in bouncing around don't like to stay in. And because of the style of your phones they are, they need a secure fit for the Best audio quality. So, these might be nice for working around the house, but I don't recommend them for exercising with.
