I would recommend this product to a friend. It has better sound quality than previous activity based headsets I've owned and wears well for vigorous exercise. The charging pouch sounds like a great feature, but there really is no practical use for it other than to protect the headset.

The earplugs have to go a pretty good distance into your ears to get good bass. When they do, just walking can cause a rubbing sound in your ears that competes with the music. Battery life is only about 2 or 3 hours.

Love the sound and the distance you can go but the ear bud size sucks to big and slips out when running do kinda defeats purpose of cordless if you have to Keepl playing with it to stay in your ear.

A little pricey of a product. It tends to fall off my shoulders when I am driving with only 1 in my ear. It would be nice if they had some sort of clip on them to clip to your shirt while you were a little more active. Overall it is a nice product just needs some tweaks.

I almost never write reviews for products I buy (out of a paranoid fear that I'll write a good review and then my product will break) but I've enjoyed these headphones so much I just have to. I wanted wireless headphones that would be at least as good as the apple earbuds that come with the iPhone, and I at first tried the PowerBeats 2. They were good, but I didn't like how much they cost, I found them inconvenient to put on (compared to the ease of apple earbuds), and after using the apple earbuds for a while the PowerBeats control buttons seemed clunky. I decided to give the Plantronics BackBeat Go 2 headphones a try, and at first I thought the sound quality was poor and hollow and was ready to return them... then I realized I wasn't wearing them correctly. After going on YouTube and figuring out how to put them in (and put them in tight, which is something people complaining of poor sounds and weak bass must not be doing) I learned that the sound quality is very good, and comparable to the PowerBeats. After a while I didn't want to go back to another headset and I ended up returning the PowerBeats. Overall what I like about these is: 1) Low price for great sound quality (definitely better sound than apple earbuds) 2) They stay in the ears well with the stabilizers and are easy to put in 3) THE CHARGING CASE! Great feature and have come in handy for when you need to charge it on the go. Very portable too. 4) In line controls feel good and are responsive. 5) They act like ear plugs and have a noise reduction quality. I used to have a hard time hearing my music when riding the subway in Boston (the redline) but with these it's finally not a problem! So why a score of 4 and not a perfect 5? -They do get loose in the ear, especially when walking at times and sometimes when you turn your head. This doesn't happen a lot to me, but I've never been running with them so I imagine it could happen often then. -Since you have to press them into your ears you might feel/hear vibrations when you're walking with them, but that's a minor gripe. - The battery last about 4 hours, which I hear isn't great, but for me it more than gets the job done. In a nutshell, these headphones are fantastic but not perfect, although for the price they've extremely good. I'm not sure why the folks I've talked at Best Buy/Staples about these have said "the Plantronics BackBeat Go 2? I don't really know much about those" or, "people don't really get them so I'm not sure." I would definitely recommend these over the more expensive options.
