Functionality is great, wish they had more ear sizes available

To be honest, I don't know why I bought these other than I have lost plenty of conventional blue tooth ear pieces. I don't like holding my phone to my ear. So I had misplaced my blue tooth so I thought these would be easier to keep up with. What is nice is the little battery charging port. I think I will eventually get conventional higher quality ear buds with a microphone by the time snowboard season start. This way I have the convenience of music and answering phone calls when on the ski lift or going downhill. The default ear buds are for large diameter ear holes. I hope this helps

it works well...better than expected. BB guy suggested it.

i run a lot and sometimes they start to fall out of my ear. but mostly this is due to the cable in the back tends to push off my shoulder causing it to fall off my ear. its annoying but other than that they are really good.

Slightly bulky but does the job with great sound quality. Great value for the quality especially compared to the other Bluetooth in-ear headphones Best Buy has to offer.

Not sure what that case is for it's super tiny and doesn't fit the charging cord. The headphones barely fit inside. But it is very attractive and the headphone charge lasts longer than I expected. I was happy to finally find these in the store.

I love this Bluetooth headset. It's very easy to connect and I connect it to my Surface Pro as well as my cell phone. Music is clear and sounds great. Also phone calls have good quality. I use it every day.

I went through two of the JBL Bluetooth headphones before becoming fed up and trying these. Love them. Good work. I wish there was a more secure method to keep them in ear, but they rarely fall out so no big deal.

Wireless earbuds still need improved design. They are still too bulky and lack comfort as exemplified by this product. It particularly does not work well with intense exercise such as running. On a positive note, grat sound if you can find the right sixe earwig. Charges simply in its own carrying case, but the battery time needs improving, too. Unless you are enamored by wireless, wait until the next generation for lighter and better fitting wireless earbuds.

A friend had a bluetooth headset that was huge. When he saw the size of these he immediately checked online for cost and bought them. I listen mainly to audiobooks. Work great and no more tangled wires. My wife thought they could use more bass (she listens to a lot of music) but I explained they come with 3 sizes of earbuds and must be properly inserted for better sound. I use them when mowing the grass too so they block out lots of outside sound. I also learned, the case is the charger! So you plug in the earbuds into the case for an extra boost of listening time or a full recharge.

They constantly fall out of your ears. Very good sound but you have to keep positioning them in your ears and they are not comfortable at all.

The Headphones work great and are easy to use. The only think tat kept me from giving it 5 stars is the battery life. You get 2-3hrs before you need to recharge it. It informs you of this on the package.
