Good listening to music - poor for use with phone

Ear plugs are too large, sound quality when used as a phone is poor as the mic gets muffled in shirt collars. The back up battery incorporated in the storage pouch didn't seem to work though that could be user incompetence but lack of directions makes it difficult to problem solve.. The design seems to durable but only time will tell.
