Other people always complained that I was very staticky or hard to understand during a phone conversation. The battery life was very poor and needed constant charging.

Posted .Hello- We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the BackBeat GO 2 staying in your ear. If you haven't already we suggest trying the stabilizer loops that are included with the headset. They can be rotated into different positions to provide a more secure fit.
