I used all the different fitting and they still don't work properly. They sound like your listening through a tin can. I feel like I wasted $100. On this prouduct.

They never made it out of my car after my AM commute. They were awful and later found out my kids didnt want to upset or offend me because they knew how expensive they were ( around $100) I quickly retuyrned tham as with my elite ststus, I was still within the return period. Dont do it, even if they are on sale...

I’ve tried to review some of the important features: 1.) Battery life – It takes 20 minutes to charge for an hour of use. Fully charged headphones usually last over 4 hours of use. Charging my headphones over lunch allows me to use them all day at work. 2.) Carrying Case – Super convenient. After my morning workout I charge my headphones in the case, then they are ready to go at work. 3.) Bluetooth – I can leave my phone on our patio table. Then play music while I garden and still hear no static. My yard is about 30 feet long. 4.) Gym – I can easily workout and wear these headphones. They never fall out. I tend to sweat a lot and it doesn’t affect them. Cons 1.) Battery life – I wish it were longer than 4-5 hours of use. 2.) They are a little tricky to put in at first. You should really watch a YouTube video to figure out how to adjust them perfectly for your ear.

To do this, first delete the headset from your phone's list of paired devices. Once deleted, make sure to power your phone completely off. Then power it back on. (This will reset the Bluetooth stack in the BT software on the phone). Then re-pair the headset with your phone. If the issue continues, please send us an email at [email protected] with "Attn: Best Buy review" in the subject and we will be happy to help you with a little more in depth troubleshooting.
