Plantronics needs to stick to making telephone headsets. The sound quality is tinny and AM radio quality. Was hoping for better and the search for wireless buds that fit and sound like the Sony MDREX38iP wired buds continues.

I thought i would like these but they were just too uncomfortable to wear i ended up taking them back

Everething was great, but it just stop work in one moment. Nothing help. very sad.

Problem with the charger. Short cords. Difficult position between cords at time of charging.

I found that charging the case was more trouble then anything

these ear buds sucked not worth buying not a good buy

Bluetooth is great easy to link up to eight devices, but no noise filter no Bueno, if you have a small ears don't buy it, will hurt ears due earbud are so hard make. One great plus is Charging Case which you may need due it runs out of charge after 3hours and half of use.

The designers need to get fired for a poor quality product.

Earbuds will not stay in my ears. Not comfortable in ears

I've had these for over 6 months now. My biggest issue is that they don't stay in the ear and I'm using the smallest ear bud pieces that come with the packaging. This is annoying especially if I'm running. They are convenient since they are wireless/bluethooth enabled. However, the design is it's weakest point.

I like these earphones. The charge on the LIon battery lasts for a very long time and the carrying pouch has a built in battery that will recharge the headset on the go - doubling your battery life. The range of sound for a bluetooth device is great. However, even though it comes with two extra sets of rubber ear cushions of differing sizes - if you have a small to medium ear canal these do not fit so well and could even be a bit uncomfortable. Also, the volume will not go up high enough for some tunes that are better played at higher volumes. On the plus side - the earphones are almost completely contained within the earbuds themselves. There is only a flat cable connecting the buds that runs around behind your nick rather than a large rechargable battery in a heavy plastic case like many bluetooth earphone devices. These can be very descretely carried around your neck without being conspicuous or uncomfortable.

I have used these for several months now, and usually don't go anywhere without them. The range is great, and the sound quality, esp for BT, is outstanding. You can save the $20 and not get the pouch with built in battery, but I have used the pouch/battery so many times that I would hate to be without it. They are BT, so the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like (usually about 4-5 hours of real life listening and talking on the phone). Just keep the pouch close by and charge it. Talking on the phone with them is great too. My wife says my voice is nice and clear. They fit very well and don't fall out, and block out the outside sound. As to sound quality, they are outstanding at this price point. I have a set of Bose QC15 which do sound better, obviously, but these sound so good and are so compact (and wireless) that I've stopped carrying the Bose. I would not hesitate to buy them again. For $100 they are great.

I really like this product. I bought it a couple of days ago and love it. But the ear buds hurt my ears. Otherwise, when I push the bud in my ears the sound quality is fantastic. The sound was so good I had to turn the volume down so that I could hear for people coming into my office. I could not hear a thing with the ear buds turned up to a moderate level. Also, they were easy to pair up with my phone and my tablet. I haven't gotten a long charge, though. I don't know if I need to charge them more or if the 14.5 hours of battery life is not that accurate. I charged them over night and thought that would be enough time. but when I used them for the first time- after 2 hours of use the verbal battery voice said "medium charge."

Let me start out to say when i bought these headphones i wanted specifically for the gym. For the gym they are really good headphones and for the most part stay in your ear. Pairing was easy and really fast. And as well it was a great addition to have a voice feature to tell you how much battery you have without having to worry.The only cons i found with theses headphones is that when ever you skip to another song they would be 1 or 2 seconds into the song.Other than it would be the battery life which is about 4hrs and 30 min but i knew about this before buying. For phone calls their ok not the best .Last but not least the case is a great addition if you ever forget to charge your headphones it comes in handy just a little small. In conclusion if you want something portable with decent battery life theses headphones are great.

I have owned these for two weeks now and I have to admit that for the price you cant go wrong. I do live sound for a living and was looking for a decent set of earbuds for when I am working and though they are no $5,000 studio monitor, you do get great consumer grade audio quality out of them. For less then $100 you get exactly what you pay for, a good sounding earbud that looks cool and is 100% Bluetooth. Defiantly work checking out.

Out of the box, I switched ear plugs and thought these are horrible (no bass and tinny, I was about to return the junk. I thought I would charge it first and recheck to see if that helped the bass, nope. then I replaced the earbud to the next size bigger, that made a huge difference but,still wanted a little more base and volume out of them , so if you have an iPhone go to (settings-music = late night ) I found gives the most volume and bass sound, now overall very pleased with the product sound quality good. Comfort, I found not the greatest, since I put the middle size ear pads in and not too many are comfortable for a length of time. Charge, is good for such a small device 4-5 hours is pretty good then give your ears a break and charge and go again if needed. Overall good sound crisp, bass ok, volume ok, comfort on the lower side, charge hold good. Nice product happy with back beat 2 go. Recommend power supply case to charge on the go. Price for quality good.

Great set of bluetooth headphones. To sink the headphone you might need to charge them a bit more at first. Then press the power button for about 6 secounds then - & + buttons together for your iphone to work. I walked about 70 yards away from phone before it started to break up. The sound is pritty good but you need to put the right size ear buds it to get a good seal and you can't hear anything outside of your music. On the tred mill I had no problem with them staying in my ear. Hope I answered any questions one might have.

I am a huge fan of Plantronics products. I have been a Voyager Legend user for quite some time, and am hard pressed to think of a product I use more and like better. So I thought, "Mmmm ... Plantronics bluetooth enabled audio earbuds ... what could be better?" I have tried faithfully to use them for about a month and I am finally giving up. They sound great and are easy to use - BUT THEY SIMPLY WILL NOT STAY IN MY EARS. I even order two sets of replacement earbuds in various sizes, but to no avail. When the heart gets pumping and the sweat starts rolling, my ears try to reject the buds like a body rejects a transplanted organ. Can't figure out why Plantronics doesn't replaced the useless 'stabilizers' with ear hooks which would make it a superior product instead of one that is, for all intents and purposes, useless (unless you are sitting still).

Im assuming people who like these use them for A walking or B hands free driving because they DO NOT stay in your ears after 3 steps of a sprint or say 2 burpee motions. Even on an exercise bike once I picked up the pace one side fell out. Best Buy on this particular day had no one around to help me on the floor so I had to play the guessing game and had heard these were "good" from a friend. The girl who rung me out also assured me they couldn't be returned once opened so basically if I didn't like them, I just wasted 100 bucks. Yep, I did. Gave two starts because I think the charging case is very cool and set up was hustle free- it connected right to my blue tooth.

Great wireless earbuds... sound is great, comfortable, light weight, etc., but don't think they won't fall out all of the time while working out.
