Excellent Bluetooth headphones for working out.... The ear-gels are kind of big so I had to use some smaller ones from another set of headphones but other than that these headphones provide excellent sound quality and normal bass. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

These things are absolutely awesome! As someone who cares about great sound, these definitely fit the bill. It should be noted that these aren't bass cannons like Beats, but provide a flat response and are more accurate to what the music would sound as recorded. It aggravates me to see reviews claiming that they don't have enough of anything, mostly low end, because that's not what true sound is. That being said, there really isn't any con to these in my opinion. They do have a limited battery life compared to others, maxing out a few hours at a time. But that's when the charging wallet comes in handy. So if you need headphones to use for more than a few hours at a time, than these may not be the ones for you, but they work great for me. They weigh almost nothing and I often find myself forgetting that I have them on, until that is I realize that I can't hear anything because of the great acoustic noise cancelling. Well done plantronics, I hope to see these continue with more iterations and refinements in the future.

I was super excited to get these headphones as I have been looking for some Bluetooth earbuds that would be wireless so I could workout (treadmill, elliptical). The sound is great, but the issue is they do not stay in my ears. I tried the different size ear phone covers, but to no avail. Plus the wire is awkward. It is stiff and if you bump it when you turn your head, there go the phones out of your ears yet again. I wish I would have returned them.

    Value Wireless Headphone

I've have been using the Backbeat GO 2 for about a month now. And I cannot complain about the sound quality of the headphones. Since I paid under $45 for these, I do not expect it to sound like one that is $100+. However, it is still a decent sounding headphone. It is loud enough to drown out ambient noises, so on-road users beware. My only issue, like a lot of the other reviews, is that they don't stay in my ear during moderate impact activities (ie. running). It seems that the weather/humidity level plays a part in it as well, since there are days that the pieces stay in the entire run and there are days when I can't get it stay in even for a couple steps. I have been using the larger tip to really get a tight fit, but does get uncomfortable during longer runs. Battery life is right around the 3 hour mark before it shuts off, however to extend the headset battery just a bit you can max out the volume on the phone/tablet/pc and control the levels on the headset. Overall, I don't think you can find another BT headphone with the sound quality and features in this price range. But if you are looking for headphones to use during moderate impact activities, you might want to find something that hooks to the ear instead.

I was looking for bluetooth headphones to synch to my ipod, ipad and ps vita. I did my research and all reviews point to these headphones. So I bought it. The unit synched perfectly to my devices. It comes with multiple ear buds. The ear plugs need to fit tight in order for the bass to work. If the ear buds are too small, you will not hear any bass. I had to go with the large ear buds, since all the other ones did not fit tight. I felt like I was trying to put pencils (eraser end first) into my ears so that it was tight. They are so uncomfortable. My ears hurt mear seconds after fitting it and the audio was barely acceptable. I wanted these headphones to be the ones. But they were not. So what are my choices now? If all the review point to these as the best, maybe I should wait for technology to make these better. I was looking at maybe picking up the Dr. Dre Beats, but it kind of defeats the purpose of needing bluetooth earbuds. Plus they are at least $200 more.

I love that this is wireless. Makes it great for workouts. The charging case is so cool! Super easy to charge in the car on the way to work or the gym. However, I was most impressed with the sound quality for such tiny earbuds. Great noise blockers just on their own.

Sadly I am unable to keep even the small buds in. I have always had ear buds that need to be less than 3/16 inch of hard surface of the ear bud. this model is 4/16 inch of hard surface the small rubber over this does not stay within my ear cannel even just sitting at my desk. It would have been nice to be able to try this on before buying.

I use this to listen to music and answer calls on my smartphone while I'm at work. It replaced a Plantronics BackBeat 903+, which still worked but broke at both earpieces. I think the GO2 design is much less likely to break in this fashion. On the positive side, the sound quality is good enough for me and the earpieces fit well. However, I'm not an audiophile, so my ear won't be as critical as others. I also tend to use it at a relatively low volume in my office, like a couple of notches above zero. I'll only turn the volume up if I go to a noisy environment. Call audio quality also seems reasonable. There are a lot of negatives, though. The battery life won't last through an entire work day if I try to play music for a full 6 to 8 hours. It probably lasts about half that, at most. However, I often take it off when I leave my office for lunch, meetings, etc. So I might not actually play music for a full 6 to 8 hours at work, and often the battery time is adequate. A much more serious negative is that the GO2 seems to have volume control issues when you do take it off, walk out of Bluetooth range, and then restart it. When I come back to my office, put it back on, and press the button to reconnect and restart the music; the volume often changes without any action from me. The most common change is that the volume goes to zero but the music is actually playing. This is extremely annoying, as you don't know if the thing is completely broken and have to look at the phone to see if anything is going on. The second most common volume reset is to exactly half volume, which is way higher than I normally use. I don't think this is a phone problem, because the 903+ didn't do this. There is also a negative in the audio battery life warning where it announces "battery level low" or "recharge now". It is quite jarring, like if someone were to sneak up on you and shout in your ear. This might have been deliberate to catch your attention, but I think this could have been designed differently to still give the user a warning but not be so jarring.

Good price for bluetooth headphones and never have connection problems. The battery lasts for about four hours on average I would say but plenty of time for a two hour gym session. I have a black and white pair but don't use the charging case at all. It is handy to have but the headphones are always charged and ready. Sound quality is decent and with the controls on the wire it is easy to switch songs or answer calls. They are comfortable but after an hour at the gym they start to bother me and need to be adjusted. The mic is great for calls and they can hear you clearly

While they have decent sound it is difficult to use them because they will not stay in my ears. I have tried every size ear attachment but none work effectively. I spend most of the time while running pushing them in my ear to the point were I eventually just stick them in my pocket. On windy runs forget about using them. they have this clear flimsy plastic piece that is suppose to sit just out side of your ear canal to hold them in place. It is worthless. I guess my ears just suck! Still searching for some wireless earbuds...

This was the first pair of bluetooth headphones I tried for using at the gym and after two uses returned them. They connect great using bluetooth, but using them while running was terrible. They slid out once I started to sweat and I had to constantly adjust them. Even when they were fitting fine, they were terrible at blocking out external noise. I could clearly hear the radio playing through the gym speakers over my music. The volume does not go nearly loud enough.

I've had these for about a year. The pros are: Good Sound Battery lasts about 3 hours, maybe a little more Carrying Case Built in controls and mic The cons are: If you run or do any intense exercise they fall out of your ears. They do not last more than a year. My headset left side is no longer working....
