I did not think this should be too tough. Sadly I was very mistaken on both accounts. The sound quality was all tinny treble and no base. Even when I crammed the buds all the way in they were still very poor. These earbuds were uncomfortable no matter which size earbuds i used. I returned them and bought a manufacturers product which was ony a little better even thought they were about $70 more expensive. I ended up returning these too and went with Jabra Clippers.

Poor product

Unfortunately, after using it for one week I am returning it. It is easy to lose if you are not careful, no clamps, others have a hard time hearing and just not a good product for the high cost. Unhappy with this product.
