Sound quality is Great! Telephone quality is Great! The battery life is short. This headset may suit your needs if you do not listen to music all day and you do not walk around with the headset around your neck all day. The battery life is about 4 hours (more if you hook the headset up inside the battery-pack pouch). If you try to wear the headset around your neck while not in your ears, you may find it slipping off and falling either into your shirt or onto the floor.

The more I use my Plantronics headphones the more I grow in liking them. They are comfortable, light, great sounding and best of all cordless so you don't have to worry about the wire getting snagged on something every few minutes. This is great especially if you are gonna use them at work. The price is overall comfortable considering what the competition is asking. I also like the fact that they are sweat proof. Best feature of them all is with the carrying case you can get up to 14plus hours of listening time. No other headphones offer that. Enjoy your Plantronics Bluetooth headset. I do.

I think the concept it nice. Having a case that charges is pretty convenient. I like having a microphone for phone calls. I'm pretty happy with the sound. they are overall lightweight, which I hoped to use for exercise. But that's where my satisfaction ends. The ear buds themselves are a design failure in my opinion. They stick out pretty far from the ears which makes problems. From the beginning this makes it hard to keep them in the ear. All the electronics are in the buds. This is liking trying to balance a see saw with a kid v an adult. They try to counter this with "loop" that is super soft and flexible piece of plastic that is supposed to keep them in the canal. This I guess is supposed to lean up against the channels in our outer ear. It makes no sense and is completely ineffective. I"ve moved them in all different directions and it's still useless. They could have spent the same money just making an over the ear hook. These are great for sitting at your desk, or on a plane, but I would never use these for exercising. They fall out when I walk across the airport, and forget using them on stairs. I have not tried using them jogging, but I would imagine I'd be spending half my time putting them back in one ear or another. They have a few tips to fit different ear sizes, Ive tried them all, the best fit ones still cannot overcome having all the weight outside your ear. I simple over the ear loop or having a part in the middle of the cord with the electronics would have solved all the engineering design failures. Not sure why they chose not to go either of these routes..

I got these over LG tone BC everyone has them, and there isn't much option, I thought it looked cool and I liked the case opening so I could. See the product, I got home turned Them on, connected to chromebook, windows phone, and car, no problems, the cushions that go into your ear are dry, feels weird, and none of the cushions stay in my ear comfortably, big ones pop out, little ones fall out, and medium ones do both depending on what I'm doing, they look cool, but I always have to readjust them, especially if I only have one in at a time, the other side wont stay on your shoulder, it tends to drag down and try to pull the other side out, whenever I got the product I was offered insurance or extended coverage for the item, in his words, he said if they stop holding a charge, which makes me believe this product is known for that. I have never got anywhere near 14 hours out of these. Maybe 5 when they are constantly connected listening or talking on phone. Maybe. That was disappointing. You can do a lot of stuff with them, I can talk to my AI Cortana and she can read and text for me, conect calls, search internet all through voice command from headset, really nice, glad it does that. For 100$ the product is good, I didn't like the lie about the battery the LG tones definitely have a longer battery life, I've had those before. The charging case was really cool lil a sweet little bonus. It works good. And when you don't wanna wear them you can bundle them and put them in a pocket, good. Range is also very good. I've walked 30-50 feet with my phone inside my room, and I have cement walls, inside 1 bar of cell service, outside 5, very thick.

i use these for phone calls while listening to music in cabs taken for work purposes, they work well for that, especially considering the case doubles for a portable charger, although the case connects to my phone, it will not charge my phone, but i still think they put out a great sound, and i do wish battery life of the headphones themselves was a little better, i think it is a worthy purchase, and compared to ALL others at time of purchase, i saw none worthy of purchase besides this one due to many factors. These are also great headphones for use while running.

While the bass was lacking, even when going through all the different sizes of ear buds, the sound quality was nice and loud. The microphone picked up a lot of background noise which made the phone use less desirable and the battery life was only just acceptable. The addition of the charging case did make the battery life a lot better. It was a decent choice for exercise, sports etc especially due to the water resistance.

Sound quality is good. They are comfortable and handy due to lack of an irritating dangling cord. The battery of the earbuds themselves sucks. Yes, the charger holds a good battery charge but the buds themselves only last for a few short hours. They really don't seem to be meant for long term use. I couldn't even get through a full work day without having to stop and charge them. This is the only reason I wouldnt recommend

I've been wanting some wireless earbuds for a while and, with help from some Christmas gift cards, chose these. The sound quality is good and I liked that they came with a case that doubles as a charger. They're a little big for my ears and didn't pair with my kindle. So my GF is using them now. But I'd recommend them for general use with a phone or MP3 player -

So far my new plantronics backbeat go2 earbuds have worked like a charm. Great sound reproduction although I don't believe they cover the ful range of sounds frequencies as advertised, but who in their right mind would expect that from a pair of $90 earbuds?? Most home audio equipment won't cover the full range of sound that the human ear can hear! They work great for me while @ work(I work in an office setting),I do feel the the battery life is a bit shorter than advertised as well. All in all i give them a 4 out of 5.

I primarily use these when I'm doing lawn work. They are very comfortable and don't get in my way. The sound is very good, however sometimes I wish they had a little more volume. Only issue I have run into is that after about 3 hours my battery level is low. The charging pack is nice, but not really usable while I'm doing yard work. Overall, I'm satisfied.

There a good set of wireless headphones. They link with The iPhone 6 easily. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. The sound quality is as good unless you consider yourself an audiophile. If that's the case, then you need to be looking at something more high-end. The earbuds tend to come loose when you turn your head due to the cord gets stuck on your neck. I've seen online where some creative folks have used some aftermarket fixes to I just headphones for their comfort. The charging case is a big bonus.

Good: Small, light, Sound Good, Ear fit is good for normal listening (doesn't hurt my ears after wearing them for hours) Bad: Less than a day of Battery Life, Won't work while plugged in, Must turn off before charging or when you unplug it it will be on and drain the battery, the cable is annoying, If only one ear is used the cable pulls the other way. Overall I like the headphones - they are solid. However, when I buy new headphones I will try something different.

These are nice headphones, especially since the carying case doubles as a portable charger. They sound nice, fit well, and block ambient noise quite well. Also they have excellent battery life, they pair easily to blutooth and stay in even when working out and perspiring. The only drawback is the price, they a bit expensive compared to similar products. Fortunately they do everything they say they do, and also do it well; so it takes away the sting of the higher cost.

Absolutely ZERO complaints with this product. Met all of my expectations and more. My last Bluetooth headset was this horrible hard plastic model that wrapped around the back of your head and looped over your ears. It was not only uncomfortable but it never really fit correctly and I was constantly trying to adjust its position as the buds slipped out of my ears. That is not the case with these beauties. They simply pop into your ears and the flexible wire that connects them together can be left dangling in the front of your neck or looped behind your head. I bounce between multiple devices throughout the day and so far I have not run into a problem with any of them. Sound is excellent. Battery life is solid (personally I made it 8 hours before getting the "battery low" notice - so the 14-1/2 hour claim is a little suspect).

Great Sound with these and the range is great in picking up signal. My only complaint is that they just don't stay in my ears without having to constantly having to mess with them. I wish they had the over the ear holder to keep them in place. My husband uses them for his phone to and says that they hard to pick up calls with.

Battery life doesn't quite live up to the claims. The range is excellent, I could easily walk 40 ft away with clear connectivity. The pouch with the battery charger is nice, and very convenient. I also changed out the earbuds, as I really don't care fore the plastic type, I replaced them with the marshmallowy spongy type.

I bought these originally to use at the office. Battery life isn't going to get through a whole workday. I typically get about 3.5 hours out of a charge. Put it back in pouch and it seems to charge back up pretty quick, so I could actually turn them back on after lunch. They worked ok, but I ended up just buying an extension for my old ear buds. Instead I now use them for working out, which is great for them. No wires getting caught or fussing with and good sound. No problems with them slipping out of my ear while running. The ear bud silicon fittings aren't as comfortable as my sony ones, but not the worst I've used. I actually ended up using two different sizes, one for each ear. I took the ear stabilizer thingy off as it just seemed to get in the way. I don't like the grip texture on the wire insulation, as it makes it harder to wind/unwind and catches on the neck when you turn your head. Overall I'm happy with them.

These have good sound quality and I love the way they feel in my ears (don't fall out) but I with they lasted longer. When the earphones are fully charged they last about 4 hours. Then you have to recharge them. The case itself holds a charge for the 14.5 hrs but not the earbuds. They are perfect for a gym workout but not for when I want to listen to music at work.
