Ok I do love the headphones but you must pay for the Bestbuy geek squad warranty. Even though I was extra careful with these when I got them one of the ear buds stopped working after about 6 months. But with the warranty they just replaced them in store no problem. The sound is ok. Not the loudest or best bass but does cancel out most outside noise and are very clear sounding. The blue tooth range is also very good. I can sit my phone down in the gym and they cover the entire place. No more cords or bulky armbands. Love them

I like these ear buds so far. Sound is good but the cord gets hung up on my collar sometimes but otherwise love the Bluetooth. Mic works great with calls and buttons function fine with my HTC. Deal of the Day purchase

This bluetooth headset blew me away. It fits well in the ear. It is light enough and the cable connecting the two ear buds doesn't really get in the way. Charge is holding well and the charging case is a nice addition. It works great for music, during workout and also for phone calls. I am thinking of buying a couple more. Well done Plantronics!

I purchased this headset in-store about a month ago and they have performed well so far. This is my first pair of wireless headphones so I can't compare them to the competition. What drew me to these was the price point when compared to products like the Jaybirds and especially the PowerBeats. These are super affordable and considering there is typically a sound quality dropoff when it comes to wireless vs wired sets, I didn't think there was a reason to pay nearly twice as much for headphones I'd just be using in the gym. The battery last me at least a week with standby and about four 1-1.25 hour gym sessions. I've answered a few short calls on these and there didn't seem to be any difficulty hearing me even though I'm a very soft speaker. Pairing was simple and the accompanied app can display battery status. It also has "Okay, Google" functionality. I haven't ran with these, but I imagine they'd do okay. I do have an occasional problem with some of the neckband sliding to the left side which starts to pull the right earpiece out a bit. I've only used the buds that came with the set so far and they're pretty comfortable. The volume/isolation seems to be just right, at least for my gym, I don't have to turn them all the way up to drown out the ambient gym music, but I can still hear people around me. Like I said, I can't comment on their outdoor performance, but I imagine it performs similarly, allowing for some ambient noise to pass through.

Overall I really like these headphones. they're comfortable and stay in my ears fairly well. The sound can sometimes be tinny, but no worse than other bluetooth headphones. They're light and easy to workout with.

This is my first set of wireless ear buds. They sound great but not a very good fit for my ears. They come with 3 different size ear buds but none small enough for my ears to get that perfect fit.

The technology is really great ... connects easily, sound is great. However, none of the ear pieces fit my ear nor stayed in. Too bad Comply Foam does not make a tip for these. Another issue was that the connecting cable is not smooth ... the rubberized coating has enough drag to pull the ear buds out when turning your head ... it catches on your shirt collar. I gave these away and bought the Backbeat Pro.

Great Sound! Good battery life and quick charge. I really like the extra charging case. 4 stars instead of 5 because they do not work well for phone calls, so only use these for music.

I use bluetooth headsets daily. If I am not listening to music, then I am listening to my audible library or on the phone. These headsets sound great. I love the lightweight feel ad ease of use. After awhile they do start to hurt my ears but no more than any other in ear bud. The one con is the battery life. I usually put the headsets back on the charger 1-2 times per day. I have the battery case but don't use it much since I am almost always at a wall plug.

The sound quality was great. However, the earbuds were to big for my ears, yes, even the smallest ones. I was also disappointed in the battery life, or lack of. The charge only lasted about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I returned them and purchased another brand and that battery lasts a minimum of 9 hours of continuous play.

I love the sound quality and the convience of wireless. I would like to see the battery last longer. I am happy with the purchase and would recomend this to a friend.

This product is all it was advertised to be. After I checked it's existing ratings I decided to go to purchase purchasing and overall I am not disappoint. It works well with all of my mobile devices, it fits my ears perfectly, And the sound quality is excellent. My only disappointment is that it does not work with my Bluetooth laptop and it's battery life could be longer.

Device has an extremely short battery life. I do like the sound and they are comfortable to wear.

I use these headphones on a daily basis at work. I work in an assembly/production environment and these work excellent. Good range, good sound quality, comfortable, and convenient. The battery lasts about two to three hours on a full charge, but plug them in for 20 minutes and you get about another hour of listening time. I really have no solid complaints about this product. The charging/battery-pack case is a nice addition for times when you're away from a power source. I have owned these for a month or so and use them at least 5 days a week and have yet to have any issues Absolutely happy with my purchase.

Comfortable fit with various size ear buds, connect via Bluetooth with ease. Sound quality is as good as I expected for the price. Very durable.

I bought these for my son- he said they need more bass and the battery charge only lasts 4-6 hours. Otherwise they are good for bluetooth earbuds.

Light weight easy to use headset. Falls out of ear sometimes while running. No worries about sweat ruining them. Overall satisfied with the purchase!

first of all, excellent sound quality, its worth the money, there is expensive options if you wish but this guys will do. I got the one with the case, it gives you an extra battery boost since you can recharge the case, the piece itself last longer than the cheaper one. i use them for running, gym, outdoors. you barely feel them ( be aware) very light you forget you have them if you pull them off. great noise isolation.

They sound great. Connection is always solid. Could be louder But They make up for it by blocking out almost all other sounds.
