I purchased them for running, which so far has been great. They're not too awakward or bulky, which I was concerned about, and I don't have any issues with them falling out. I've also used them at work and was pleasantly surprised that even from all the way across the office I'm still within range and able to hear my music.

The battery life is great especially with the extended battery charging pouch. They work and pair with ease with both android and apple products (phones) as well as my mac. I usually get a good 35 ft before there is some break in the signal between my cell and the head set. They are out of the way, extremely light, and never tangle. I usually use them when working out or biking and they can handle the sweat (and I sweat a lot when working out). I heard they were also water proof but I am not sure so I haven't tested that out nor do I plan to until i verify that. They fit well in my ears and as long as they are snug, you get a great sound quality and base to your music. Crisp audio to for calls. Over all, it is a great buy. I spent weeks, if not months looking for a good, affordable and high quality wireless earphones and these were a great fit. I recommend the bundle with the charging case if you can fish out the extra bucks.

Brought them to Cabo. Used them on the plane and at destination. Great sound. Case is good to charge and kind of neat!!

I absolutely love these. I went in to buy some Beats but another customer owned this product without the charging case and raved about them. They were a lot less than the beats, plus they were on sale making them even less. The sound is awesome and they are so comfortable. The microphone works well. The recharging carrying case is very convenient. I can protect them and recharge them at the same time.

Bought this with the intention of using it with my PS3, which is HSP bluetooth profile, but this set only works with A2DP devices, which is a slight inconvenience. It works great with my phone when listening to music though: long battery life, good sound insulation and sound quality. There is no microphone, so you would need to turn it off in order to take calls.

Love the product, good range, and they work well. Wish the battery life was a bit longer but overall not bad.

Good sound and easy to set up, but short battery life is a minus even with the charger in the carry case.

I really enjoy the comfort, sound quality and new interface with the bluetooth. I think the charging case is a good improvement. I do hope that this pair lasts longer than the last pair.

Looked at too many options and read too many reviews before buying, it all left me with a headach so was pretty hesitant. Decided on Plantronics - BackBeat GO 2 mostly due to the additional battery pack case. Pleasantly surprised. They sound good but most importantly stay in my ears when I work out even when I'm hitting the heavy bag or doing other high intensity stuff. Battery lasts 2-3 hrs, range is good so all in all I'm happy.

Good product, light, stays in ears well. Sounds good, lightweight. I like the battery backup

Very difficult to get the right fit in your ear. If it doesn't fit, there is no bass. Once you get it to fit correctly, it still takes a little getting used too. The ear pieces are hard and irritate your ears. It would help if they were a little softer. Also they are a bt heavy and large in size.

Would not buy these again. Like all earbuds they don't fit, so beware if you have narrow ear canals. I could get them in for a few seconds and got some bass, but they still sounded horrible. Called Plantronics with a charging issue and they straightened it right out. Only thing is, I also asked what the rubber "stabilizing" loop is for, and the Plantronics Tech said "stabilizing." I told her I saw that, and could she tell me how to use it, where it fits in the ear, etc. The manual is next to useless, and so I was depending on the tech, but she told me "anywhere it works." I asked for a recommendation and she said "just try it." Well I tried it for a half hour and no go. They're going back. The stock Apple buds have better sound, and I can get them in my ears. And they're far, far, better sounding.

The Sound quality is great and comfortable to wear. I like the charging case too!

These headphones were a replacement for a Plantronics earpiece that was about a year old. These things definitely connect better than the dedicated use single earphone. Charging is conveniently a standard non-proprietary connection. Thank you Plantronics for listening to consumer feedback. Difficult to find perfect fit on earbud connections, 3 sizes, each is good for it own reasons. Sound is good, if a little quiet, but what do you want from a tiny battery that lasts for hours. It recharges quickly. Reportedly sounds good during a call, sound is good on my end especially in areas with HD voice capabilities. Good range, depending on circumstances (building materials etc). Buttons are well laid out and easy to use, while not being activated accidentally. Overall, I have recommended these to 3 who have purchased them and are also happy. I would say, buy and get the warranty for a little piece of mind.

The Plantronics BackBeat GO 2 is my first pair of stereo Bluetooth headphones. I went with Plantronics based on several positive experiences with the brand in the past. First off, let me just say that these are one of the best sounding in-ear phones I've ever owned. They sound great and everything is perfectly balanced. The only major issue, and apparently this is an issue with many Bluetooth headphones, is that they are prone to 2.45GHz interference. This means that there will be dropouts in the audio from time-to-time whenever there is a radio operating on the 2.45GHz frequency is near-by. Emergency vehicles, taxi cabs, public transportation, commericial vehicles, etc. Unfortunately this is unavoidable. The battery life is very short. You'll get between 3.5 and 4 hours on a full charge. The charging case helps, however it's not always convenient to bring it along with you.

They are good sounding headphones. I like the recharge pouch I just wish it was slightly larger so the buds would fit better. Also, I think it's weird that they give you a pack of 4 different sized ear buds. They don't give u to of each size for both ears. Other than that its really easy to pair.
