short battery life

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.
To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty. Work well, sound great - missing silicon pieces
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these on a whim before getting on a plane, at a BB Kiosk in an airport after losing my wired earbuds. I really liked the product, the case it comes with is SUPER handy. The audio is great quality and the battery life is spectacular. At first, I thought it was odd that I got 3 silicon tips in the box with two installed on the buds (why 5 tips?). I put the only matching tips I had on the buds and started using them. As I have exercised with them I have come to learn that I need smaller tips than the one matching pair mine came with because they do not stay in my ears as I run or move around a lot, and the wire slapping against the back of my neck creates a lot noise in my ears; tucking the wire underneath my shirt collar helps but after a few seconds of running it does not stay under my shirt. Also, after extended wear, the insides of my ears really hurt. Again, this is most likely because the tips are the wrong size. I plan to return them and I am not sure if I will exchange them or try something else.
