Posted .I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your headset. The volume should be loud enough, if its not the headset may need to be reset or replaced. To reset:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.
If the reset doesn't' help we can replace the device. You can use the following url to view our replacement steps.

Best bang for the buck
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a new wireless headset when my PowerBeats 2 broke (actually physically came apart). I liked the PowerBeats2 but felt they were a little flimsy and definitely overpriced. The problem I had when trying to replace them was that everything else I tried kept falling out of my ears when I moved. I think everybody is built differently. Some earbuds fit better on certain people and some don't. I can't guarantee that a person would have the same experience with these BackBeat Go3 earbuds, but I find them very comfortable and they stay put in my ear through an entire workout. The PowerBeats2 might(?) have had a tiny bit better sound quality, but I would rather save the money and have these. Plus the PowerBeats2 let in too much outside noise. The BackBeats Go3 fit snugly in the ear and drown out much more background noise, which works out well when you're at the gym.

Finally!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.these are awesome!, I have trouble with ear buds staying in my ear and I have tried various other models. Out the box they fit good but I tried the different covers that came with and found the perfect fit, I use these at the gym, at home and especially when I travel and they always stay in. The battery life is great and come with a cool looking charging pouch. The sound quality is beyond impressive and they are super comfortable!

Finally, in-ear fits
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll comment firstly on their fitment and staying in my ear. These actually stay in when I start moving. I've tried JBL, Monster, Beats. The Beats would fit but my ears would hurt after wearing them. These so far do not hurt after prolonged use. As for the sound, I'm willing to let it slide that the sound quality is very poor. seems like it's frequency response is 1k-20k with a very high peak around 4k. there is practically zero response below 1k. listening to music is for it's varieties of sound is apparently something Plantronics didn't test out before deciding to put these into production. Don't get these for the sound, get these for the fit.

great sound, loose fix... but recommeded
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it on discount with its case for 90 dollars. The look and the sound are great. I am not expert in sound quality checks, but I really liked what I got. The options we have got to choose from to fix it into our ear worked with the largest one in my right ear. But for the reason I didn't know, the couldn't fit into my left ear. I felt loose in my left ear. Since I just started using them, I am not really sure what to do about it. Otherwise I am so satisfied with others!

Worth the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own 15 different wireless sport headphones from the brand new Jaybird freedom 5 to the $50 Life n Souls. These Plantronics belong in the top 3 or 4 that I own. I'm not the first person to say this and I won't be the last: the quality of the sound you get ( the amount of bass ) is dependent on the seal you get from the earbud. If you don't get a good seal the sound will be all treble and it will sound like your Grandpas am transistor radio.

Weak!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read the reviews and it seemed that the problem was fitment. I love the way they look its a sharp earbud set. Ive tried all the 3 different size buds it comes with and im still getting weak bass and weak sound in general. I have a great corded set and wanted a new better quality Bluetooth set for running but my less expensive set sounds better. Once you start running moving and sweating you will find your self losing focus in your run adjusting this often as they keep falling out. I know I probably should quit this brand but im kind of interested in their other active set it seems like they will stay on better.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback and review, however I'm sorry to learn you were having trouble getting the sound you should with the BackBeat GO 3.
The great sound quality of the BackBeat GO 3 requires a great fit. Please be sure to test out the different eartips included in the product package to see which one has the best seal for you. You might even need a different size for each ear. In the event none of the available ear tip sizes make the audio enjoyable and bass rich we do recommend trying another wearing style of headset.
Our BackBeat Fit is the model we recommend for outdoor activities like running, cycling or jogging since they allow you to hear background noise but provide a secure fit while on the move.

A few days in and so far so good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 2nd pair of 'premium' BT sport earphones. I started with the new Bose soundsport and really liked the sound and fit of them, but they broke after a week due to sweat getting in the ear and shorting out the set. (Not an uncommon problem if you do your research) These are working great so far. The fit is very solid (i used the larger tips), the BT connection is rock solid. The battery life is reasonable. About 4 runs of 40 minutes each and they don't require a charge (but i will try to get into the habit of doing it about on this schedule). I've been charging them directly, but travel the built-in charger/battery case looks like a nice addition to keep in the car for emergency charge. The sound is what may turn people off. These are neutral (some may say tinny). They are *not* bass heavy or a fuller "V" sound, which in complete honesty, may turn some people off. For workout music, the strong bass is what they are looking for. I adjusted the EQ in spotify and got the desired sound i was looking for I did want a little more bass for my running tempo motivation. The BT connection was easy and i have heard zero skips. In the Bose, i'd hear a millisecond skip at least once every couple of minutes (and frankly even more). I'm using a Galaxy S6 with android 5. The in-line controls work well for volume and FF/Rew. Have not tried it as a mic for phone calls. The FF is the same button as with volume. So at first i was trying to raise the volume and i was skipping songs...that was just user error. I downloaded the app from the playstore and its not needed, although if they release a firmware update, I think that is how you'd get it. Pros: Fit and snugness, Bluetooth connection, lightweight, charging case Cons: Sound (if you want that thumping bass), but you can improve the out-of-the-box sound with an EQ or different tips Overall i'm pleased with my purchase.

Good Quality and Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So before buying these I was skeptical about losing sound quality coming from over the ear headphones with rich bass and noise canceling. But after applying the proper ear buds and fitting the buds to my ears I can say that my fears were washed away by the rich sound and build quality of these headphones. They are earbuds so the bass could use a little boost but the bass delivery is very smooth and has no cracking in it when the volume is at it's Max. They appear to have a sturdy build quality and once you have them fitted in your ear with the proper size theses babies aren't going anywhere. I highly recommend if you're not trying to break the bank for some Jaybirds or Beats headphones.

Awesome headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had many different wireless headsets (including the back beat go 2) throughout the years because I run long distance and couldn't imagine not having music for that long to power me through! While I liked the 2, the fit of the 3 cannot be beat! These by far are not only the most comfortable of any I have had, but there is no fear of them falling out like a lot of the rest that do not offer the over the ear clip and to be honest who wants to deal with that! More importantly the sound is amazing and they're easy to operate! I saw where another user complained of the sound but I have to believe either they do not have the proper seal which is required for any headsets like these for optimum sound, or they truly had a malfunctioning pair. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone!

Great headphones but they hurt a little
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these bluetooth earbuds since they don't have that silly bulky neck piece that most do. Compact and elegant looking. They connect to my phone and TV and I think the sound quality is great. Charging carrying case is stylish and helpful. My issue must be my personal ear lobes though. The little bendy loop at the top that is supposed to help provide stability really hurts after a while. I've tried wearing them with the loop not tucked in but then it actually causes the earbuds to pop out more often. Not painful enough to return and I'm hoping it will get more pliable as i wear them more.

Amazing !!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these headphones strictly for working out (being that they are blue-tooth) but after hearing how amazing they are I have made them my everyday day headphone. The sound quality is amazing and I love the look. I can barely tell they are in while at the gym they are so light and comfortable. Most headphones hurt after a while but so far these have been amazing !!

Awesome fit !
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What I love the most is that they stay on, I use them for workout and running and keeping them from falling out has been a challenge with other earbuds in the past, problem solved! Sound is nice and super clear, and it does keep the ambient sound out, maybe a bit too much for my taste since I run on streets sometimes, but they're meant to keep noise out. I'm having fun with them, first time going from wired to wireless earbuds

Great product, but the fit isn't for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had a wonderful experience with anything that Plantronics makes. I wear a headset 8 hours a day every day at work and I don't even feel it 90% of the time. On with the review. These headphones were right in my price range and I had heard good things from friend who had bought them. Plus they come with a charging case, which is awesome. On an initial test of the headphones I found that they sounded nice and fit nicely in my ear, except that the stability loop didn't quite tuck in anywhere on my ear. I tried all 3 sets of ear cushions and nothing seemed to make the fit any better. I still decided to take them to the gym and give them a try. While doing any movement, they consistently fell out of my ears, probably because that loop wasn't able to hook under anything. So overall I like the headphones, but they are really only good for sitting still for me. Bu who knows, maybe I have oddly shaped ears! Still a great product, just not the right set for what I am doing with them.

Quality Sound, Design and Material
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve always been a fan of Plantronics products. Unlike most other brands, they seem to always put thought into engineering a better product vs. trying to copy (on the cheap) what others attempt. Simply stated, I trust this very American brand. I purchased the BackBeat GO 3 as a replacement to my original BackBeat GO, and I was not disappointed. Most notable were the enhanced sound quality and better fit/feel of the earbuds in my ear. The weight and touch of the entire piece immediately felt comfortable, and not foreign. Surprisingly little, if not any, discomfort from long use of these headsets. The water/sweat resistant material that Plantronics uses was surprisingly hard to figure-out, which is a good thing. I was expecting a slime or stickiness to the material, but it was actually soft and smooth. The charging case is a game-changer in my book. No longer did I have to worry how many hours I had left when I went to grab for them to use. As long as I put it back and connected it to the charging case, I always have a fully charged headset to use. It’s a piece-of-mind quality that I have really come to appreciate. Finally, the in-line controls are responsive and function well. I sometimes get a call while wearing them, and I’m confident using them to talk with others, even if it’s a business call. Yet another solid, well engineered product from a trusted American brand. I highly recommend this headset, as I know I will continue enjoying mine for a long time to come.

Sounds good, hurts my little ears
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They've been out of the box for 30 mins, so this is a first impressions review. The sound is pretty good. I'm not an audiophile, so as long as doesn't sound like a tin can, I'm good. My ears hurt though. The loops fit but are pressing on my ear. It started to hurt after 20 mins.

Not worth it to me.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First bought the over the ear ones, but I couldn't hear anything if there was background noise. Employee recommended these ear buds. After using them a few times in hot weather they won't stay in my ears. The immediately become loose and you can't hear the bass, gives a very tinny sound. Yesterday on a 3 mile run they fell out of my ears 6 times. Maybe it's just me, but they aren't worth it.
