Perfect headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headphones are very comfy, they do not move at all and they are great for the workout. Also, as they have the charging case, you do not have to worry about not being charged

Too many problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these wireless headphones on December 26 2016 and have had soo many problems with them since that it hurts my head just typing this lol. I lift roughly 1.5 hours a day 5-6 days a week and to say the battery life is 6.5 hours (what they advertise) is a joke. These headphones will last maybe 3.5 hours. I always plug them into the portable battery pack and plug the pack into a wall outlet and charge them overnight, ill wake up and turn them on as i'm headed to the gym and it will say "battery time 2 hours" (and from experience when it says 2 hours its really less) and thats from hours upon hours of charging them. Then you're forced to use different headphones so what's the point of paying $130? I've never dropped mine and I haven't even had them 2 months, it's so ridiculous. The sound is okay, but they do fall out of my ears quite a bit. The cord sticks to the sweat on the back of your neck and when you turn your head or even bend down to rack a plate it falls out. Felt the need to make this long post because when you train as much as I do this is a constant and beyond annoying problem to have. Don't buy and save yourself the stress!

Posted .Thank you for your honest review on our BackBeat GO 3, we are sorry for your experience. If your unit doesn't seem to be charging properly or if it gives you considerably less talk time than the rated 6.5 hours you might want to try connecting it to a different cable and charger/powered USB port to see if this helps. We will forward your feedback to our team for future consideration, please don't hesitate to contact our customer care group at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance.

Looks good but won't stay in ear.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to like these headphones. The sound quality of music and calls was good. My issue was that the right earpiece would not stay in my ear. I tried all 3 sizes of earpiece to no avail. I will try again with something that hooks the ear.

Don't buy this
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like everyone, I did my research on the product, read reviews and all of them seem positive, and one reviewer said and I quote, "these headphones are best quality and it's better then jaybirds" and that is definitely not true, first off, the sound quality was, the quality felt more like the $10 skull candy earbuds I use too get when I was in high school very low quality, second these would always fall out my ear, it meat up my workouts because it fall off all the time, they felt cheap in your hand, not worth buying trust me, from a person who does there research on the stuff he buys, these are boo boo, I wanted to try something new and it was the worst mistake I've done, jaybirds are better then these, the majority of the people that have positive reviews have never had a headphone with great quality, if they think these headphones are better then jaybirds

Posted .Thank you for your feedback and review, however we are sorry to learn you were having trouble getting the sound you should with the BackBeat GO 3. The great sound quality of the BackBeat GO 3 requires a great fit. Please be sure to test out the different eartips included in the product package to see which one has the best seal for you. You might even need a different size for each ear. You will know you have a great fit when environmental noise is blocked out, earbuds feel stable and secure, and the bass is strong. Ok if they stay in your ears
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They work great but do not stay in my ears, ive tried all the different sizes but none seem to work.. I use them under my motorcycle helmet and im lucky if one stays in. It sucks that i spent $130.00 on them to fall out. Would be good if they stayed in.

Posted .When we design a specific headset we aim to accommodate around 80-90% of different ear shapes and sizes but we know that one size doesn't fit all. If the headset is uncomfortable to wear, feels loose in your ear or just seems like it'll fall regardless of the eartip size you are using we do recommend trying a headset with a different wearing style, for example our BackBeat Fit or BackBeat Sense.
We will also forward this feedback to our product managers for them to consider when designing future products.

So so
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound on these is not very good. Low highs and no bass at all. Not what they're meant for, but still expected louder volume at max. Best part is that they're comfortable and actually stay in my ears, which is a big problem for me with earbuds.

If the sound quality isn't as good or the headset is lacking bass/volume its possible the ear tip is not making a proper seal. Please be sure to test out the different eartips included in the product package to see which one has the best seal for you. You might even need a different size for each ear. You will know you have a great fit when environmental noise is blocked out, earbuds feel stable and secure, and the bass is strong. To learn how to change your eartips, and more information, watch this how-to video: https://youtu.be/4V9LaMLd6tE In a few cases it is possible to not find a proper fit, and in that case we recommend considering another wearing style.
Your case has been escalated to our Support department, should this be more that a simple fit issue. If you choose to escalate the case, you may contact http://www.plantronics.com/us/support/ Hope this helps.

Fit just would not work for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have fairly average sized ears, and ear canals. I generally wear the medium sleeves when available on other earbuds I've owned. These, however, I just could not get a good fit. Every size sleeve was either too big or too small. The one that seemed to work best, once placed into my ear properly, made all the sound muffled inside my ear. I tried larger and smaller too. The small just fell out of my ears, and the larger hurt and still muffled everything. Maybe I just have an odd shape, I don't know.

Pretty good sound for ear buds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical when buying this product because I am used to Beats headphones, but these buds stay in my ear when I am very active and the sound quality is excellent.

Beyond Terrible Sound Quality - Seriously Dreadful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited about these. The fit, charging pouch, quality build material, style, super fasting charging, etc is so 1000% awesome but the sound, the basic sound is so unusably horrendous it's hard to fathom how they ever made it into production. Doesn't matter if it's hip hop, pop, classical, country, high bass, low bass, spoken voice, whatever, they sound so tinny weak and strained at even the lowest volume. Highly not recommended (despite how good they are in every other non-sound respect). Just terrible, dreadful, worst quality sound imaginable. Order them and try for yourself. Maybe enough returns and Plantronics will fix.

Posted .We recommend that you try different sizes of the ear tips; a proper in ear fit and seal is paramount in order to get the best sound quality possible from in-ear headphones. Sometimes different ear tips are required for your left and right ears. Please check out this eartip fit how to video http://blogs.plantronics.com/tips-tricks/find-the-best-eartip-fit You will know you have a great fit when environmental noise is blocked out, earbuds feel stable and secure, and the bass is strong.
If the sound quality is still poor even with a proper ear tip seal, this might indicate there is a problem with your headphones. If possible we recommend you try them with another phone or media device just to confirm, and if the problem persists the unit would need to be replaced.

Bought for the name
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these, today, and only due to experience with the name. I have purchased in the past the backbeat fit. Those headsets are awesome. These, not so much. No matter what size eartips I tried, I could hear hardly anything. Very faint sound. Talking on the phone, even worse. These are going back to the store. A little advice to plantronics, stick with the ear canal type tips that you have on your backbeat fit. Those I could even hear clearly in a manufacturing plant that is very loud and noisy. I had two sets of those and would still be using them if my Boxer hadn't eaten them. I tested the backbeat go 3 out in a quiet house with no one in it but me. Can't hear anything at all with them. Totally disappointed!

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Do not fit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the BackBeat Go 2 for a number of years. Those fit perfectly. Never had an issue. Never had to change the buds. These are awful. None of the 3 buds fit my ears. All too small. I spend more time readjusting these with one hand than using them for their handsfree intended purpose. Sadly, BestBuy has a 15 day return policy? Really? Thinking it was a month, I was trialing these a little longer. Turns out, now I'm out $130 for a pair of earbuds that don't fit. Thanks.

Poor example of a Sport headphone.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are terrible. As soon as I put them into my ears I could tell they were going to be trouble. Within 3 minutes of starting my run these headphones started to slip out. They were extremely uncomfortable and caused my ears to feel as though they had an infection. Do not buy these headphones for running purposes. I tried them with other outdoor activities like mowing my yard and they tend to let a tremendous amount of ambient noise in. Terrible product. Absolutely not worth the price.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.within about five to eight minutes on a run, the started to fall out. Continued to fall out after trying to put back in, gave up and had to run the last 40 minutes with no music, not too happy on that one. Sound was okay.
