Protect and charge

It does both well and I really like that at the push of a button it shows the amount of charge of case and of headset if inside, in 3 LED increments each. It has a velvety rubber texture for a better grip. My older legend SE case was slippery.

Love this case
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a well thought out accessory -- while the new 5220 *can* charge via standard USB (finally), its nice to have a stand that uses the magnetic proprietary connector. This case is not only a battery backup, but has separate charging areas -- one for nightly charging outside of the case, and another inside to charge the headset while on the go!

Very handy charger

I carry it around with me when I'm not at work, but at my desk I plug it in and use the cradle feature to keep my headset in one place. I do like that the USB port passes data through to the charging connector, I have no use for this yet, but it will come in handy for updates.
