    This a nice case for storing the headset. But, I can't get the recharging connectors to match up with the headset. Subsequently, the charge store and recharging stand are useless.

    Better save your charger

    We've been buying the blue tooth and luckily we saved out cord because the only way you can use it at home is if you have the old cord to plug it in at home. Won't ever buy this again because it was misleading. You can charge it in your car as long as you already have the cord.

    Have to fiddle with the thing a lot to get it to charge the headset so I just charge the headset with a cable. So this turns out to be an expensive case.

    The case does not fit properly with the head set. I have purchased and returned all three. The case needs to be reviewed to insure that the headset charging area properly connects with the charging station. The second charging case I bought even the store employees had a really, really difficult time getting to work. It worked once. I wish I had one that worked. Great idea, but no quality control by manufacturer.

    Very Disappointing

    The charger is very disappointing. It worked great for a few weeks and made charging my headset much easier. Now for some unknown reason, it does not charge. The lights will come on, but after sitting and charging all day, my headset still says that it is time to recharge. Now I am out of the return period when this started and I have wasted the money.

      That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.

      If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty.     Light and compact yet sturdy case, it can charge your Voyager 5200 while you are carrying V. 5200 headset in the case in your pocket. Convenient external blue led indicators showing the remaining charge or charging status of both the headset and the charging case. Can store and charge headset inside the case, or can just drop the headset onto the external contacts of the charging case if the case is charging on your desk.

    This is the perfect case to change my headset. It's sturdy and rubberized on the outside. Not only does the headset perfectly fit, it also charges when I'm not using it. It's not cheap, but it's very well made with magnetic snap-to on both the exterior pedestal and the interior holder. A perfect complement to protect your valuable headset!
