After reading reviews I decided to purchase the headset however the negative reviews were spot on. Very difficult to put the earpiece on because it is not flexible and very stiff. Cannot walk far from the phone or else it makes a loud buzzing noise that interferes with the conversations. Very bulky mouth piece that is very long and protrudes in your face. Will be returning it!

I really like my headset, it makes phone conversations at the office immensely more productive since I am hands free. The only thing I have to say is remember user errors are usually the issue/problem. I have many in my office who use this product but complain that their ear piece is always dead, its usually because the user has not placed the headset back on the charger correctly. Remember to look that the green charge light is on.

Normally, I don't write bad reviews. For the cost of this headset, I had to. The headset after owning it and babying it for 2 years decided to just stop working. After spending about 30 minutes with customer services the end result was 1) There is an issue with the headset that cannot be troubleshooted and 2) the headset is out of warrantee by 2 months. Long story short, if you're looking at spending a decent amount of money on a quality headset, I'd look for something that has more longevity.

I recently purchased this headset and initially had a little trouble getting it adjusted. I kept hearing a little feedback when I spoke into it. Once I spent a few minutes to adjust it, I no longer hear the feedback and sometimes I forget that I even have it on.
