Great looking blue tooth but not compatible.

Every 10th or so word from the person to whom I am speaking, sounds like banjo musical notes? I have tried the two recommendations from Plantronics, unfortunately neither worked?

I loved my old one and was looking for something similar. I had previously tried a much more expensive noise canceling device but found it didn’t work well and was very heavy and uncomfortable. I returned it and brought this one. It works just as well and is very lightweight and comfortable and almost half the price. I would recommend.
