Only issue for me was the tiny rubber piece covering the piece in my ear was too large. So I had to rob the old one . The former one included 3 sizes of rubber pieces. Not all ears are the same size!

Basic Bluetooth

The charger cable that came with it was confusing, we have nothing it would fit to use as a charger and not sure that we would ever want to use it for carrying the bluetooth.
