My only complaint is the instructions are incorrect in one function item, otherwise once you figure it out you've got a great product

Posted .Hello and thank you for your honest review! The Explorer 505 is not sweat proof, however, sweat should not funnel into the earpiece like mentioned. Does it happen on either ear? If you continue to experience difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact Plantronics Customer Care at 855-765-7878, the headset comes with a 1 year warranty in case it's needed!

I have tried other brands, but returned them because of poor call quality. Whenever I use the Plantronics headsets, people I am talking to cannot tell any difference from talking on the phone directly. Wind and traffic noise are muted very well.
